| China officially implemented the "comprehensive two child" policy on January 1,2016,which is a major strategic decision for China’s population and economic and social situation,marking that China’s fertility policy has entered a new stage.However,since the implementation of the "comprehensive two child" policy,women in the workplace are facing greater employment difficulties,including the inequality of employment opportunities,the decline in the quality of employment,the aggravation of the conflict between work and family,etc.In order to deal with the new difficulties faced by women’s employment and improve the problems existing in the employment security of women of childbearing age,it is necessary to give play to the joint mechanism of the government,social organizations,employers and women themselves,and establish a perfect employment security system for women of childbearing age to promote women’s employment and promote the development of women’s career.This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to explore how to improve the urban women employment security system in order to promote the fair,standardized and professional development of urban women employment.The whole text is divided into four parts except the introduction part:the first part of the text makes clear the related concepts and theoretical basis;The second part mainly from the government,social organizations,employers,female individuals four levels,in-depth analysis of the "comprehensive two children" background of urban women employment security status;The third part is to find out that there are insufficient supervision and compensation from the government on the employer and the improvement of infant care service;The content of employment service of social organizations is single and the participation rate is low,the funds of community activities are insufficient and the talent is short;The employer lacks social responsibility,few training times and employment environment needs to be strengthened;The quality of female employment is not high,and the balance between work and family is difficult;The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment security system of women of urban childbearing age,including the government should take many measures to ensure the effective implementation of the policy and solve the worries of women employment;Social organizations should broaden the field of employment service and attract funds and talents through multiple channels;The employer shall cooperate with the government to undertake social responsibility and create a friendly employment environment for female employees;Women themselves improve the quality of employment,improve the ability to balance work and family,etc.Through the joint improvement of the four main bodies,a mature urban women employment security system for the age of childbearing is established,which is of positive significance to relieve the employment pressure of women of childbearing age,to protect the employment rights and interests of women,and to promote the smooth implementation of the fertility policy. |
