With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,"aesthetic education" has become a common concern of all sectors of the society.Teenagers will have higher aesthetic needs after entering the high school stage.Aesthetic education gradually begins to penetrate into all disciplines,and has an important role in promoting the discipline itself.This paper will take Xiangshan Middle School,a senior high school with distinctive aesthetic education in Shanghai,as the research object,and explore a path of aesthetic education which is available in history.This paper is divided into introduction,main body discussion and conclusion.The text will be composed of three parts,the first part will respectively from the teaching content,teaching environment,teaching form to find the aesthetic education materials contained in history teaching.The second part will further elaborate the selection principles and treatment methods for the elements of aesthetic education proposed in the first part,and illustrate the teaching practice of basic courses and extended courses,so as to complete the exploration of strategies for achieving the goals of aesthetic education in history subjects.The third part will take Shanghai Xiangshan Middle School as an example to find the evaluation criteria of aesthetic education effectiveness in history teaching.
