Exploration Of Social Work Service Path To Promote The Discharge Preparation Of Schizophrenic Patients From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

Compared with other chronic somatic diseases,the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia after acute treatment has a greater impact on their quality of life.The treatment and outcome of patients not only affect the lives of patients and their families,but also have an important impact on society.Whether the patients and their families are ready for discharge when facing the changes in the rehabilitation environment at discharge is an important factor affecting the later rehabilitation.Providing discharge preparation services for patients with mental disorders can not only optimize the path of medical services,At the same time,it also improves the quality of medical services and saves the social costs caused by the recurrence of patients’ diseases.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,through interviews and participatory observation with relevant individuals in the patient’s rehabilitation system,this study draws the dilemma of discharge preparation of schizophrenic patients through theme analysis: the conflict between patients’ inferiority complex and self-esteem;Unable to obtain the correct discharge time;The failure of family functions and the lack of family support.At the same time,it analyzes the systematic causes of these difficulties: the positive and negative effects of policies,the difficulties of institutions and communities,the role of families,social culture and other factors.Based on the analysis results,the authors discussed the intervention methods of mental health social work in the discharge preparation of schizophrenic patients.First of all,through the design of group intervention,we focused on the intervention targets of mental health social work in the process of promoting the patient’s discharge preparation: improving the patient’s and family’s cognition of the disease,enhancing drug compliance,enhancing the patient’s self-management ability,enhancing the patient’s sense of self-efficacy,improving the communication between the patient and the family,the system,enhancing the system’s motivation,and promoting the link of multiple families.By intervening in these targets,we can improve the power within the micro system in the process of patient’s discharge preparation,enhance the permeability between the micro system and the mesosystem,and promote patient’s discharge preparation.Secondly,through the analysis of the difficulties and influencing factors of schizophrenic patients’ discharge preparation,according to the current rehabilitation system and Rehabilitation Policies for patients with mental disorders,the necessity of formulating systematic rehabilitation policies is reflected,and at the same time,the society is called upon to reduce discrimination against the vulnerable group of mental disorders and give understanding and care.Finally,the author reviewed and summarized this study,and proposed suggestions for improvement and further work in the future.
