Research On The Present Situation And Optimization Strategy Of Labor View Education Of College Students In The New Era

Labor is a unique social practice,and labor view is people’s fundamental view of labor,which determines people’s labor choice and behavior.Since the 18 th National Congress,the party and the state have attached great importance to the important position of labor education in the whole process of talent training,the simultaneous development of five education has gradually become an important focus of China’s education.In the final analysis,the core of labor education lies not only in the teaching of labor knowledge and skills,but also in educating and guiding students to form a scientific and correct outlook on labor.With the continuous advancement of scientific and technological revolution,the form and extension of labor expand accordingly,at the same time,diversified social thoughts and values have been infiltrated,some college students influenced by egoism,hedonism and other bad values,have wrong values and tendencies that despise physical labor,do not want to work and not being able to work,so that the educational value contained in labor has been eroded and digested in a certain extent,which restricts the all-round development of college students’ morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.In the new era,college students are core force of social construction and development in the present and future.It is very important to carry out scientific and correct labor view education for college students.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the labor view education of college students in the new era by using the methods of literature research,multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis and questionnaire survey,mainly including the following four chapters.The first chapter is introduction.This paper expounds the research background,purpose,significance and methods of this paper,and discusses the research status,key and difficult points and innovation of this topic at home and abroad.The second chapter is the basic theory of College Students’ labor view education in the new era.This paper defines the core concepts of labor view,labor view education and college students’ labor view education,and focuses on the theoretical source,content and value implication of College Students’ labor view education in the new era.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and reasons of College Students’ labor view education in the new era.Through questionnaire survey,this paper explores the overall situation,existing problems and causes of College Students’ labor view education in the new era.The fourth chapter is the optimization strategy of College Students’ labor view education in the new era.This part mainly explores effective optimization strategies from the four dimensions of society,family,universities and individuals to cultivate talents needed by the times and help realize the Chinese dream.
