| The research focuses on the guidance effect and promotion path of undergraduate career planning on college and university students.Specifically,effect refers to“students perceive the help of career planning guidance on individual career planning activities”;students refer to undergraduates of ordinary colleges and universities.This paper selects Parsons’ theory of personnel job matching as the theoretical basis and divides the guidance of college career planning into three stages: career cognition,self cognition,and personnel job matching,and designs an empirical research accordingly.The research adopts a questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of career planning guidance in colleges and universities,collects 576 samples nationwide,and uses the independent sample t test to explore the existing problems.The results reveal five major problems in current career planning guidance– career planning guidance fails to meet the needs of students,the effectiveness of career planning guidance activities needs to be improved,comprehensive career outlook is not established in the stage of career cognition,meta cognition and employability of self-awareness stage are not enough,and the accuracy and efficiency of personnel job matching stage need to be improved.In order to further explain the above findings,the study conducted interviews with 12 students according to the results of quantitative research,and applied three-level coding processing.The results show that the attribution model can be summarized as follows: the guidance effect of the school is limited by the actual conditions,the perception of the students is limited by their own cognition,and the real development dilemma needs to be resolved using intelligent technologies.Based on the results of empirical research,the author puts forward three improvement suggestions from the perspective of Intelligent Technology: upgrade guidance concepts with intelligent technology,follow the principle of precision,and use intelligent technology to build a career planning guidance platform in colleges and universities.Combining domestic and foreign patents,the research deeply studies intelligent technology and,targeting the three stages of career planning guidance,creates “career information global visualization platform”,“college student employment growth platform” and “two-way promotion platform for personnel and job intelligence matching”,respectively.Finally,the paper offers suggestions on the application of intelligent technology in promoting the guidance path of undergraduate career planning from three aspects:improve the top-level design of construction,clarify the cooperation mode of construction,and strengthen the safeguard measures of construction. |
