Research On The Development Of Career Planning Ability Of Ordinary High School Students Based On Artificial Intelligence

This study integrates the existing literature,draws conclusions from the relevant research results at home and abroad,carries out the investigation and Research on the development status of h high school students' career planning ability,finds the problems existing in the development process of h high school students' career planning ability,and summarizes the influencing factors of H high school students' career planning ability,trying to build up the H high school students' career planning ability.The strategy of career planning ability promotion can provide inspiration and reference for promoting the construction of career planning curriculum system of h high school and promoting the development of career planning ability of H high school students.This paper combines questionnaire and interview to carry out empirical research,in which the questionnaire survey is the mainly method and supplemented by interview survey.Through the questionnaire survey method,we understand the current situation of H high school students' career planning ability,including the three grades of high school students' satisfaction with the school-based career planning course,the score of career planning ability,and the influence of artificial intelligence on life and career.with the help of interview method,this study has a deep understanding of h high school students' career planning course.From the perspective of educators,the problems of curriculum implementation are found and the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward.Through the analysis of the survey results,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)H high school actively carries out career planning education.Although the students trained in the past two years can achieve good career planning ability scores,the existing problems still need to be paid attention to and solved as soon as possible: first,lack of awareness of career planning,weak career orientation ability;second,lack of awareness of career planning 2? Thirdly,there is little difference in the ability of career planning among different grades,which reflects that the school curriculum structure needs to be improved.(2)There are five factors influencing the improvement of H high school students' career planning ability: individual personality,family,school,artificial intelligence background and career planning teachers.After exploring the existing problems and influencing factors in the development of H high school students' career planning ability,the author puts forward five suggestions on the development strategy of high school students' career planning ability: First,integrating artificial intelligence knowledge into the teaching content and changing the teaching form.Second,hand in hand with family education,family school linkage to promote the development of students' career planning ability.Third,developing students' career planning ability Fourth,standardize the curriculum of career planning,enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching;strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,open the field research project.
