The State Council issued the "national vocational education reform implementation plan" clearly pointed out that "improve the vocational education and training system,optimize the layout of schools and majors,and deepen the reform of the school system and the reform of the education mechanism." In 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave an important instruction on vocational education,emphasizing the need to "steadily develop vocational undergraduate education".However,vocational undergraduate education is still in its initial stage,and there are differences in the education mechanism and action guidelines.Therefore,how to carry out the reform and optimization of talent cultivation mechanism of undergraduate vocational education is both a major concern of the country and an important issue that academia and educational practice need to address urgently.This research focuses on the core issue of "optimization of the collaborative mechanism of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education".First,the synergistic elements of vocational undergraduate talent development are dissected based on qualitative research methods.Second,the interview method is used to analyze the shortcomings of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education.Third,the University of Applied Sciences Bochum in Germany,the Nagagaoka University of Technology and Science in Japan,and the Toyohashi University of Technology and Science in Japan are selected as typical cases of vocational undergraduate education for analysis,and their common experiences in talent cultivation are summarized.Finally,under the perspective of synergy theory,the path of optimizing the synergistic mechanism of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education is proposed.The first is the motivation mechanism for multiple subjects to reach consensus on collaborative education.Second is the incentive mechanism of collaborative incentive of policy,fund and resource.The third is the realization mechanism of collaborative operation of platform,execution and organization,and the fourth is the restraint mechanism of collaborative internal and external constraints.Five is to improve the quality assurance mechanism.This research conducts an empirical research on the current situation of vocational undergraduate talent training,which helps to understand the deficiencies of the synergistic mechanism of vocational undergraduate education comprehensively.Combing foreign experiences in cultivating talents for vocational undergraduate education can provide case materials for cultivating talents for vocational undergraduate education.It proposes the optimization path of the collaborative mechanism of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education,and provides representative and diverse universal solutions for talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education.However,during the interview process,the representativeness of the findings needs to be improved due to the limitations of the interview sample and limited case information.
