In order to adapt to the new era of economic development of high quality and meet the national demand for high-level technical skills,since the National Vocational Education Reform Plan in 2019,the undergraduate level vocational education pilot work in our country in a good way.As a new type in the field of higher education in our country and the new level in the field of vocational education,how to conduct personnel training is a critical issue that the undergraduate level of vocational education institutions first answer and must answer.Among them,the talent training program,as a guiding document of talent training,contains the educational characteristics of the vocational education at the undergraduate level.And its suitability is also the key to affect the quality of talent training.So it is necessary to study the suitability of the talent training program at the undergraduate level vocational education.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,text analysis method and interview research method to study the suitability of the vocational education talent training program at the undergraduate level.First of all,the paper expounds the basis and principle of the talent training program and the undergraduate level,and sorts out the connotation elements of the talent training program.Secondly,taking the pilot institutions of undergraduate level vocational education approved by the Ministry of Education as an example,the talent training program is analyzed from five parts: training objectives,training specifications,curriculum system,teaching system,and implementation guarantee.So as to grasp the actual state of the current undergraduate vocational education talent training program at the undergraduate level.Thirdly,taking the pilot colleges of undergraduate vocational education approved by the Ministry of Education as an example,the suitability of the talent training program of undergraduate vocational education at the undergraduate level and the causes of its discomfort are analyzed.It is found that the talent training program at the undergraduate vocational education have some questions.Such as the training objectives and specifications are not specific and are not coordinated with the national policy requirements.The curriculum system and curriculum implementation are not scientific,and the fit with the training specifications is not strong.The practical teaching system is not perfect,which restricts the quality of personnel training.The teaching staff system is not reasonable,and there is a gap with the policy requirements.Finally,aiming at the problems and the causes puts forward the optimization strategy of the undergraduate level vocational education talent training program: First,at the national level,the government should strengthen the top-level design.To provide policy guidance for the formulation and implementation of the vocational education personnel training program at the undergraduate level.Second,on the social level,to be dominated by local government,strengthening the construction of cooperation mechanism system.Promoting enterprises to participate in the undergraduate level vocational education and basing on university-enterprise cooperation to promote enterprises to participate in undergraduate level vocational education personnel training program formulation and implementation.To promote the talent training quality match social demand.Third,at the school level,the school should pay attention to the participation of multiple subjects,and according to the national policy requirements and regional economic development to enhance the internal consistency among the elements of the vocational education talent training program.Improving the suitability of the talent training program.
