Research On The The Goal Of Cultivating Talents And Implementation Path For Vocational Education At The Undergraduate Level

At present,China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and further optimization and adjustment of industrial structure has put forward higher requirements for the specifications and levels of talents.At the same time,the state attaches great importance to the development of undergraduate vocational education,in recent years issued a series of documents,will explore the development of undergraduate level vocational education as an important entry point to improve the modern vocational education system.Talent training is the fundamental task of undergraduate vocational education,and establishing the goal of talent training is the key to the sustained and healthy development of undergraduate vocational education.This study takes undergraduate-level vocational education as the main research body,focuses on the goal of personnel training,and under the guidance of the theory of professional belt,uses the literature analysis method to study the training goal of vocational education at the undergraduate level.First of all,the undergraduate level vocational education and professional level vocational education and applied undergraduate education to make a distinction to prove the uniqueness of the undergraduate level vocational education training talent,and then specifically analyze the German University of Applied Sciences,the United States Community College,Japan University of Technology and Science talent training target,the specific content of talent training and the measures to achieve the goal of talent training for our country’s undergraduate level vocational education personnel training objectives to provide experience and reference Then,based on the reality of our country,we establish the goal of cultivating talents of vocational education at the undergraduate level in our country,and analyze it from the school and professional level through the case.Finally,it expounds the realization path of vocational education personnel training at the undergraduate level in China,starting from five aspects,namely,establishing the correct concept of talent training,building a teaching staff adapted to the training of high-tech applied talents,creating a curriculum system with the characteristics of vocational education,strengthening the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and constructing a multi-quality evaluation system.
