Research On The Optimization Of Undergraduate Vocational Education Talent Training Mechanism Under The Background Of The Policy Of Integration Of Industry And Education

In recent years,many applied undergraduate universities in China have fully realized that the combination of production and learning is the only way for educational development and innovation,and actively carried out the reform of talent training optimization,including building students’ practice platform,improving practical skills and innovating teaching mode.The educational concept,basic ability construction,talent development and teaching staff construction of vocational education colleges have made major breakthroughs.In this new development context,the environment and conditions affecting vocational education are constantly changing and the factors involved are becoming increasingly complex.How to adapt to the new situation and actively face various external and internal problems,especially the requirements of the sustainable development of our undergraduate vocational education.Based on the above policy background of integration of industry and education,this paper takes the cultivation of undergraduate vocational education talents as a logical starting point,deeply analyzes the problems and causes of undergraduate vocational education talents cultivation,and studies countermeasures and suggestions from multiple perspectives,so as to serve the needs of modern social,economic and industrial development for highly skilled talents.This paper takes J College as the research object.First,it summarizes the policy development process and connotation of undergraduate vocational education under the background of China’s education integration policy,as well as the demand for talents from local economic industries,including the development,basic elements and characteristics of China’s vocational education system,and the problems in undergraduate vocational education talent training.Secondly,through the design of a questionnaire,this paper probes into the concept,practice process and existing problems of the cultivation of undergraduate vocational talents in J College.Finally,in view of the current deficiencies in the cultivation of undergraduate vocational education talents,combined with the actual situation of J College,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions,including improving the sound and powerful policy mechanism,building a first-class curriculum with integration of industry and education to enhance practical ability,carrying out innovative education to improve students’ professional quality,and building a new era of outstanding vocational teachers training system.For the cultivation of outstanding vocational teachers in the new era,we respectively improve the teaching content Constructive suggestions are given in terms of the teaching objectives and the constantly optimized evaluation system that take the industry as the demand.
