| Under the historical background of China’s vigorous development of marine ecological civilization construction,in order to protect China’s fishery resources and maintain the natural environment of the sea,China has formulated many measures for fishery resources.Fishery law enforcement personnel are the most important human resources in the cause of fishery resources conservation.,and therefore bear great professional responsibilities,but also face enormous work pressure.This research is guided by the theory of energy augmentation,using professional methods of group social work,taking the energy augmentation and decompression project of the L Lake Fishery Administration Detachment of J Province as an example,and through group work Political law enforcement officials establish group relationships,and use group activities to increase energies and interventions to help clients relieve pressure,so as to explore the effects and existing problems of social work intervention in the work pressure environment of fishery law enforcement officials.The involvement of group work in the relief of the work pressure of fishery law enforcement officers not only helped the relevant fishery law enforcement officers to effectively alleviate the work pressure,but also created a precedent for the intervention of social work in the field of fishery law enforcement in Lahu of j province,this has effectively expanded the scope of social work services,and social work has not done much research on fishery law enforcement groups.This study can also be regarded as a beneficial exploration of social work intervening in the work pressure of fishery law enforcement personnel,it provides experience for others to carry out social work intervention service in fishery administration field.In this study,firstly,we evaluate the performance and stressors of fishery law enforcement officers from the perspective of empowerment theory,and then design a series of group activities according to the evaluation results Then through the implementation of group activities to enhance the study subjects;finally,the group activities to increase the effectiveness of stress assessment.The study found that,there are some limitations in enhancing the ability of fishery law enforcement personnel by group work,such as single theory of social work,lack of social worker’s specialty,small sample of service object and the relationship between superior and subordinate of group members in group work.This study has achieved some success in intervening in the relief of work pressure of fishery law enforcement personnel,and shows the feasibility and effectiveness of social work intervening in the relief of work pressure of fishery law enforcement personnel,it is of positive significance to the practical research of promoting social work in the relief of work pressure of fishery administration personnel. |
