Social Rehabilitation Of Disabled Adolescents From The Perspective Of Ecological Society Theory Case Intervention Study

As the state and the government continuously promote the development of disabled persons’ undertakings,the cause of disabled persons has made great progress and development,but most of them are aimed at universal rehabilitation,hardware facility construction,welfare allowance,and other services.Adolescents with disabilities in our country are also facing such difficulties as the scarcity of professional rehabilitation resources,the improvement of the basic education environment,the lack of professional development support,the lack of psychological support from family,and great economic pressure.This study takes disabled adolescents in Q street as an example to explore the needs and problems of disabled adolescents through questionnaires and interviews.At the same time,based on the theory of ecological society,the individual coping ability of case Z and the correlation with the environment were enhanced.In terms of individual coping capacity intervention,social workers by "mining The junior middle school mathematical Olympiad performance advantages,set learning goals," "to improve social skills,set a good contact with the outside world" "share tips,common learning disabilities model classification" "watch model deeds for the disabled,foster disabled identity" of the four specific content of progressive improvement director personal response capacity;In correlation with the environment intervention,social workers through the roles were reversed,improve domestic support relationship "application foundation capital,alleviate the pressure of the family economy" to "build teenagers reading to the development of community college students volunteer to share platform" "contact female volunteers,links,a retired teacher education resources","feedback community streets,Positive rehabilitation policy advocacy " these 5specific content to improve the relationship between the client and the environment.Finally,a positive cycle of interaction between the individual client and the environment is constructed.This paper draws the following conclusions through practical intervention and research:First,it is feasible to explore the influence of individual environment changes on individuals and the interaction between the two when predicting case problems.Second,in the intervention of the problem,ecological social theory focuses on the mining and application of social resources of the service object and the positive construction of social support network,which is more in line with the actual situation of social rehabilitation of disabled adolescents,and is conducive to building a long-term feasible positive cycle.Thirdly,the social rehabilitation practice model of disabled adolescents from the perspective of ecological society theory is suitable for disabled adolescents with large environmental outburst,and focuses on the intervention of social rehabilitation of disabled adolescents.
