| With the Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Education in 2013 and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2018.The promulgation and implementation of policy documents such as the Opinions of The State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era,the Standards for Professional Certification of Vocational and Technical Model Teachers(2019),the Standards for the Professional Competence of Teachers of Normal University Students in Secondary Vocational Education(Trial)(2021),and the Basic Standards for Double-Qualified Teachers in Vocational Education(Trial)(2022).Teachers in secondary vocational schools in our country have received constant attention.The key to hold vocational education lies in the construction of vocational education teachers and to improve the vocational ability of teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the typical work tasks and professional abilities of secondary vocational teachers to promote their professional development and improve their teaching quality.Taking the electronic information teachers of secondary vocational schools in Tianjin as the research object,this paper uses text analysis method,the investigation method,DACUM method and other research methods and tools to analyze and study the typical work tasks and required professional abilities of electronic information teachers of secondary vocational schools in Tianjin,and tries to formulate professional standards for electronic information teachers of secondary vocational schools in Tianjin.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Studied and sorted out relevant literature and policy documents at home and abroad,and determined to use DACUM analysis method to analyze the professional standards of secondary vocational teachers.Through collecting and sorting out the relevant theoretical basis,master the basic principles of the theory of vocational ability structure and its application in the professional standards of secondary vocational teachers.2.Analyze typical work tasks of electronic information teachers in secondary vocational schools in Tianjin.In the first stage,DACUM method was used to identify the work tasks of electronic information teachers,so as to design the questionnaire of typical work tasks of electronic information teachers in secondary vocational schools in Tianjin.Through the questionnaire survey of typical work tasks of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools,the typical work tasks of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools are analyzed and determined.3.Analyze the vocational ability of electronic and information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools.The second stage of DACUM method was used to analyze the vocational ability of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools based on their typical work tasks,so as to design the questionnaire of the vocational ability of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey on the professional ability of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes and determines the professional ability of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools.4.Develop professional standards for electronic and information teachers in secondary vocational schools in Tianjin.In order to further verify,screen and optimizes the professional standards of teachers.Based on the revised questionnaire of professional competence design experts of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools,this study modified the dimensions and indicators of professional competence of electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools and determined the professional standards of electronic information teachers in Tianjin by combining the opinions of experts.Finally,we have obtained 5 work dimensions including teaching preparation,teaching of electronic information professional knowledge,teaching of electronic information professional skills,professional construction and self-development,and 72 typical work tasks.The professional standards for electronic information teachers in Tianjin secondary vocational schools are composed of six dimensions of competence and 80 indexes of professional competence,namely teaching awareness and teaching ability,electronic information professional knowledge,electronic information professional practice,teaching management,comprehensive education and independent development. |
