Research On Professional Standards For Secondary Vocational School Teacher Of Electronic Technology Major

Vocational education is to develop skills in today’s society, a major force personnel, but their status is not always satisfactory. Although the national authorities and the majority of colleges and universities to develop curriculum and teaching reform based implementers advanced concepts, and promote professional development, has yielded results, but these reforms must rely on vocational education-teachers teaching process to achieve. Standards should follow scientific principles, professionalism, timeliness, innovation and feasibility. The electronic technology classes in vocational teachers’ professional standards are divided into four dimensions of ethics and basic literacy, vocational education, knowledge and ability, professional knowledge and skills and teaching ability, a total of eighty-term basic requirements for the design and build.
