Vocational education is to develop skills in today’s society, a major force personnel, but their status is not always satisfactory. Although the national authorities and the majority of colleges and universities to develop curriculum and teaching reform based implementers advanced concepts, and promote professional development, has yielded results, but these reforms must rely on vocational education-teachers teaching process to achieve. Therefore, in order to make the quality of vocational education in our country has increased, it is necessary to increase investment for the construction of teachers and researchers.This study selected "Electronic Science and Technology" professional development of teachers in professional standards for the content, in order to present a more popular electronic technology professional, for example, combined with 13 years of national release of "secondary vocational school teachers professional standards (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as "standard (Trial)"), in-depth interview survey conducted in vocational schools, learn and experience the country’s developed areas of vocational education, follow the scientific, comprehensiveness, timeliness, try to work out the principles of electronic technology classes in vocational teachers’ professional capacity standard framework.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part of the current research status and significance of this study is analyzed and elaborated; define core concepts; domestic and foreign-related articles were summarized information; research methods used in the process of planning and research institute conducted a detailed breakdown and elaboration.The second part, a detailed analysis of vocational schools and businesses and results of research, summarized the problems, including:"Double Teachers" uneven quality and quantity, no normative standard entry professional teachers, professional teachers sources promiscuous, teacher recruitment qualifications is not heavy weight capacity, and summarizes the enlightenment and vocational knowledge and skills required of graduates of electronic technology enterprises demand for talent.The third part analyzes the United States, Australia and the European Union’s vocational education teacher professional standards in terms of function, structure and content of the characteristics summarized foreign standards focus on ethics training, focus on teacher professional development, focus on teacher induction of mandatory norms success experience for vocational teachers’professional standards developed country pointed the way.The fourth part proposes to develop standards of professional competence in vocational teachers should use the "standard (Trial)" as a model basis; in Europe and America developed more advanced vocational teachers to draw on the basis of professional standards; teacher qualification exam outline the basis for policy; research Data for empirical evidence. Standards should follow scientific principles, professionalism, timeliness, innovation and feasibility. The electronic technology classes in vocational teachers’ professional standards are divided into four dimensions of ethics and basic literacy, vocational education, knowledge and ability, professional knowledge and skills and teaching ability, a total of eighty-term basic requirements for the design and build.
