It is the work requirement of the school to carry out the fundamental task of Lideshu people.The core of carrying out the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people in higher vocational colleges is to train technical and technical talents with high quality.The aim of the course ideological and political education is to establish morality and cultivate people,and it emphasizes the combination of“Knowledge imparting,ability training and value leading” by excavating the ideological and political resources contained in non-ideological and political courses,in order to improve the ideological and moral cultivation of students.Obviously,the development of ideological and political education curriculum is conducive to the training of high-quality technical and technical personnel,the implementation of the fundamental task of moral tree.The teachers of professional courses in higher vocational colleges stand in the front line of classroom teaching and are the key force to carry out ideological and political teaching of courses,to cultivate high-quality and high-level technical and technical personnel to meet the social needs of high-quality and technical personnel.At present,most of the research on curriculum ideological and political education in the academic circle starts from the whole construction of curriculum ideological and political education,lack of the content and structure of teachers’ curriculum ideological and political teaching ability,as well as the lack of professional courses of teachers’ curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of systematic research.Based on this,this research takes four higher vocational colleges in Guangxi as the research object,uses the literature research method and the investigation research method to clarify the curriculum ideological and political teaching ability development present situation and the restriction factor,based on this,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy,which provides the theoretical guidance for the teachers of higher vocational colleges to enhance their own curriculum ideological and political teaching ability,and urges them to be better qualified for the curriculum ideological and political teaching work,in order to improve the overall curriculum ideological and political education level of higher vocational colleges,train more high-quality high-level technical and technical talents.Based on the analysis of the components of the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges by experts and scholars in the past,according to the three teaching stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class,this paper divides the curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges into three dimensions: basic ability of curriculum ideological and political teaching,core ability of curriculum ideological and political teaching and developing ability of curriculum ideological and political teaching.Through the analysis of the questionnaire of the professional course teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,the results show that the overall level of professional course teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability in higher vocational colleges is good,but it still needs to be further improved,there are differences in the development level of ideological and political teaching ability among different groups of professional course teachers.The reason is that the professional course teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability in higher vocational colleges is mainly influenced by three aspects,first,the teachers lack of the correct concept of the course ideological and political teaching,perfect knowledge structure of the course ideological and political teaching,and the action power to improve their own ability of the course ideological and political teaching,second,the material resources,information resources and human resources are not enough for professional course teachers to improve their ideological and political teaching ability,third,the curriculum ideological and political leadership mechanism needs to be improved,the professional curriculum teacher training mechanism is not perfect,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the incentive mechanism is not built.Therefore,in order to solve the dilemma of the professional course teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,and further improve the professional course teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability,based on the experience of higher vocational colleges in China in improving the ability of ideological and political education,this paper proposes to eliminate the main resistance to the improvement of professional teachers’ ability of ideological and political education,it is a breakthrough path to increase the resource supply and improve the system mechanism of the professional course teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
