The Logic Of Future Community Construction

Community is the basic unit and key link of national governance.In the new era and the new situation,future community construction shoulders the mission of meeting the people’s original aspiration for a better life and leading the innovation of grassroots social governance.This paper constructed an analytical framework of government leadership,technical support and resident participation,and took a case of haipe community in Hangzhou,and studied the Logic of future community construction.It was concluded that in order to meet the diverse needs of residents and promote the modernization of grassroots governance,the government should proceed from the management orientation to promote the future community construction.Starting from technical orientation,enterprises transform and implement government concepts and meet residents’ needs by digital means;Starting from the demand orientation,residents can participate in the future community construction selectively.However,the construction of future community is not overnight,technology has its limits,and residents’ adaptation to future community is also a long-term process of self-adjustment.Therefore,the effectiveness of the future community cannot be achieved without the long-term interaction between the government,the market and residents.As the leading force of community construction,the government should adhere to the people as the center,and achieve multi-subject collusion;While adhering to market orientation and technology orientation,enterprises should enhance their social responsibility and provide strong technical support for future community construction;Residents should establish a sense of ownership,actively participate in community life,shoulder the responsibility of community governance,and create a mutual and harmonious community atmosphere.In short,the future community construction should adhere to the people-oriented value orientation,promote multi-party cooperation,and enhance community resilience.
