The key to vigorously developing vocational education is to improve the quality of students in secondary vocational schools.The key to improving the quality of students in secondary vocational schools is to cultivate the core qualities of students in secondary vocational schools.In this study,literature research methods,questionnaire surveys,and interviews were used to study and investigate the status quo of core literacy of students in secondary vocational schools.The current related literature was collected and summarized,and questionnaires and interviews were conducted on current students in secondary vocational schools.Combining the current development status of secondary vocational education,the core literacy of secondary vocational schools has been collated and analyzed,focusing on cultural foundation,healthy life,social participation,lifelong learning and information literacy.The study found that the core qualities of students in secondary vocational schools have the following problems: The overall level of students' core qualities is low,students are seriously deprived of the core qualities of social participation,schools lack the due attention to core literacy of students in secondary vocational schools,and the school evaluates methods and methods for students.It is not balanced enough for science.Teachers place too much emphasis on the teaching of basic cultural knowledge.According to the questions,the factors affecting the core qualities of students in secondary vocational schools are analyzed,including differences in individual student situations,including gender,grade,etc.;family factors,including per capita disposable income of the family and parental education level,are analyzed.Difference analysis.Based on Marx's theory of man's all-round development,humanistic education,and human capital theory,relevant countermeasures are proposed for the current status and problems in the investigation of students' core qualities in secondary vocational schools.At the government level,one of them introduced a special policy to improve the assessment system of secondary vocational schools,the other provided special fund support,and improved the top level design of core literacy;at the school level,it improved the student training model and built a core literacy curriculum system.Teachers' professional development helpsstudents achieve their core accomplishments.At the teacher level,they strengthen their literacy and update their knowledge structure.Secondly,they actively guide students and encourage students to cultivate core qualities.At the student level,they actively pursue the core qualities of students.To give play to subjective initiative,the second priority is to strengthen social participation in the cultivation of core qualities;at the level of students ' parents,one of them supports the core qualities of students and strengthens their cognition repeatedly.The second is to actively coordinate with the work of teachers and guide them correctly.The purpose of this study is to change the current status of student cultivation in secondary vocational schools,improve the quality of students in secondary vocational schools,and enable students in secondary vocational schools to adapt to lifelong development and social development needs.
