Research purposes: Influenced by the COVID-19,home exercise has become the norm.College students’ access to physical exercise information and resources benefits from many sports network forms and terminal products derived from the Internet.The online sports social capital they transmit in their applications has made outstanding contributions to the change and accumulation of physical capital,including individual body image,physical health and fitness.The purpose of this study is to analyze the dialectical relationship between online sports social capital and college students’ physical capital,and then discuss the impact of online sports social capital on sports teaching.Research methods: This paper takes the relationship between online sports social capital and college students’ physical capital as the research object,selects 475 freshmen and sophomores of Yanshan University in public sports courses as the survey objects,and transforms the respondents’ sports behaviors and fitness habits into quantifiable and evaluable data by using literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and other methods.Results:(1)There is a positive correlation between online sports social capital and college students’ physical capital;(2)There is a positive correlation between online adhesive sports social capital and body image capital,physical health capital and physical fitness capital;(3)Online bridging sports social capital is positively correlated with body image capital and physical fitness capital,and negatively correlated with physical health capital;(4)There were significant differences between gender and individual exercise time,exercise intensity and exercise events.Research conclusions:(1)Sports social capital and college students’ physical capital are complementary,mutually reinforcing and interdependent.The spread and flow of online sports social capital enhances the accumulation of college students’ physical capital,while the change of college students’ physical capital reacts on online sports social capital.(2)The flow and spread of online sports social capital plays a positive role in assisting physical education teaching in the current and post epidemic era.In order to further improve the level of physical education teaching,expand the application value of online sports social capital and promote the change of college students’ physical capital,the research has the following suggestions:(1)Sports practitioners should constantly improve their professional level,make good use of the Internet media,and pass the online sports social capital to the majority of students with high efficiency and quality;(2)Online sports social capital operators and media platforms should further standardize the network operating environment,improve service quality,and focus on improving customer experience and satisfaction;(3)College students should constantly enhance their online learning awareness,face up to the theoretical and practical value of online sports social capital,strengthen their subjective initiative,and pay attention to personal physical capital accumulation. |
