Youth education is a major national plan,and promoting the coordinated development of youth physical exercise and cultural learning is a realistic choice to achieve "civilization of its spirit,savagery of its body".The idea of "culture over sports" haunts the school,society and family groups,resulting in uneven physical fitness of young people.The pressure of exam-oriented education has kept youth and families away from the playground,and physical education classes have become ornamental.The proposed integration of sports and education has become a hammer to break the "old concept",elevating youth sports development to a national strategy and emphasizing the importance of coordinated development of youth sports and cultural learning.The integration of physical education and cultural learning has been proposed,but the root causes of the current problems are the serious decline in students’ physical fitness,the burden of teaching to the test,and the difficulty of maintaining long-term sports participation.The promulgation of a series of national policies has pushed youth physical education to the cusp of a new era and put forward new contemporary requirements for youth sports work,but the implementation of the policies requires grassroots workers to grasp the intrinsic meaning of the policies and meet the needs of comprehensive development of youth.Social capital,as a core element in sociology,is of great significance to the development of youth values and the cultivation of a sound personality.In order to solve many contradictory problems in the coordinated development of youth physical exercise and cultural learning,the study starts from the perspective of youth social capital,takes the meta-analytic structural equation model as the methodological guide,and also uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,combines the real problems of youth education,introduces the sports lifestyle,exercise motivation,and physical exercise behavior as the mediator,and constructs a theoretical model of youth physical exercise and The theoretical model of coordinated development of youth physical activity and cultural learning.The results of the empirical research under the background of physical education integration found that:(1)adolescents’ social capital has a significant positive influence relationship on cultural learning in the context of integration of sports and education;(2)adolescents’ physical exercise behavior has a significant positive influence relationship on cultural learning;(3)physical lifestyle mediates a significant effect between adolescents’ social capital and cultural learning;and exercise motivation mediates a significant effect between adolescents’ social capital and cultural learning.The mediating effect of physical exercise behavior between adolescents’ social capital and cultural learning was significant;(4)Physical lifestyle and exercise motivation have chain mediating effects in the influence of adolescents’ social capital on cultural learning;physical lifestyle and physical exercise behavior have chain mediating effects between social capital and cultural learning;exercise motivation and physical exercise behavior have chain mediating effects between adolescents’ social capital and cultural learning;physical lifestyle,exercise motivation,and physical exercise behavior have chain mediating effects in the influence of adolescents’ social capital on cultural learning;physical lifestyle,exercise motivation,and physical exercise behavior have chain mediating effects between social capital and cultural learning.Based on the meta-analysis of structural equation modeling,a review of previous literature,and an empirical and quantitative analysis of youth physical activity and cultural learning in the context of social capital,the study proposes the following recommendations:(1)to clarify the implicit educational value of physical activity for youth through multiparty governance;(2)to give full play to the nurturing value of physical activity and focus on the two-way gain effect of physical activity and cultural learning;(3)to correctly guide youth social capital and promote the coordinated development of physical activity and cultural learning;(4)to build a synergistic mechanism between family,school and society in the context of social capital to promote the overall development of youth.
