Several times since restore the university entrance exam system,during the reform,with the continuous development of society,the traditional model of college entrance examination is gradually showing its disadvantages,society’s need for comprehensive talent increase,the traditional theory of "only score evaluation model from the parties,under such an environment,new talent selection system arises at the historic moment.In September 2014,The State Council issued "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System",which points out the development path and direction for our country’s college entrance examination as an important way of talent selection.The new college entrance examination with new forms,new standards,new models and new methods to promote the all-round development of students,adhere to the quality-oriented education,broke the "one test determines a lifetime" situation.Since 2014,when Shanghai and Zhejiang were the first pilot provinces,four batches of provinces have implemented the new gao kao model.Starting from the autumn semester of 2022,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Henan,Inner Mongolia,Sichuan,Yunnan,Ningxia,Qinghai and other provinces and autonomous regions will fully launch the new college entrance examination training model adapted to "seasonal learning +2",which will be implemented in 2025,and accelerate the improvement of the education system and personnel training system that comprehensively trains students in virtue,intelligence,physical culture,beauty and labor.We will develop an examination and enrollment model featuring classified examinations,comprehensive evaluation,and multiple admissions,and improve the enrollment system and mechanism of regular institutions of higher learning that promotes fair and scientific talent selection and strong supervision.As one of the fifth batch of provinces to carry out the new college entrance examination reform,Shaanxi reform is relatively late,many provinces have adapted to the new model,Shaanxi just started,which is undoubtedly a huge challenge for high school teachers.After the reform,students can choose two of the four subjects of politics,geography,chemistry and biology,and choose one of physics and history for selective examination.The "4 choose 2" subjects will be counted into the total score according to the grade proportion system.From the perspective of other provinces,the situation of choosing chemistry is not optimistic.In the second Middle school of M County where the author works,the majority of students have a grade of B in the middle school examination of chemistry,with a weak foundation and a strong fear of chemistry learning,so they are more likely to give up chemistry in the second year of senior high school.In terms of the professional development of teachers themselves,there is a phenomenon of relatively saturated subject teachers in some schools.If the number of students who choose chemistry is relatively small,then there will be teachers who have no specialized course to take.High school chemistry teachers need to be aware of the series of effects brought by the reform and face such severe situation and challenges with a positive attitude.Based on this,the author studied the coping strategies of high school chemistry teachers under the background of the new college entrance examination through a large number of literature research and interviews with some chemistry teachers in our school.Chemistry teachers need to strengthen the acceptance of the new college entrance examination policy,as soon as possible familiar with the new teaching material,update teaching ideas,improving teaching method,improves the teaching status of the chemistry teacher,strengthening students’ understanding of the necessity of learning chemistry,to reinforce the importance of chemical course,improve the students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning chemistry,in order to increase the probability of students choose when to choose chemistry discipline and chip.This research is of great significance to frontline chemistry teachers who are about to face the new college entrance examination.In the face of new textbooks,new models and new examination forms,teachers should conform to the development trend of the new college entrance examination,keep pace with The Times in practical teaching work,and do a good job as a guide for students.
