An Intervention Of Structural Family Therapy To The Family Conjugal Relationship Of Children With Autistic Spectrum Disorders

In recent years,with the continuous increase of the prevalence of children with autism,the survival and development of children with autism and their families in various fields have been paid more and more attention.Children with autism will have a variety of effects on the family,will change the parents’ personal life and the relationship between husband and wife,and then affect the family relationship.Husband and wife relationship occupies the core position of family relations.Therefore,assisting families of autistic children to solve the problems of family and husband relationship caused by autism,adjusting and improving family and husband and wife relationship,and enhancing family function also plays an important practical role in promoting the rehabilitation of autistic children.Therefore,this study takes structural family therapy as the main social work theory of this guidance intervention,and uses the case interview method in qualitative research method to collect data,aiming to research and analyze the difficulties existing in the marital relationship in the families of autistic children.Then based on the investigation on one of the H and rehabilitation center relationship problems of autistic children family intervention,to adjust the relationship between the husband and wife in the family,make full use of the methods of case work,expanded the members of the family problems of construction and the cognition to the problem,found that poor family structure in reason,explore the maintained at present what kind of family interaction patterns The effects of family members on the family structure are explored,and eventually the family structure is rebuilt so that the family can return to normal function.At the same time,through the evaluation and analysis of the intervention effect,the applicability and rationality of structural family therapy in adjusting the relationship between husband and wife of children with autism are proved.Through dual evaluation,this intervention has achieved certain positive effects.Structural family therapy theory can adjust the good interaction mode of husband and wife,achieve the normal boundary effect of establishing the husband and wife subsystem,and successfully help families of autistic children to alleviate the crisis of family and husband relationship,and promote the benign development of the family.Structured family therapy provides a new perspective for social work to intervene in the families of autistic children.But the primary challenge with this approach is the need to create a complete family space.However,due to the increasing proportion of broken,separated and single-parent families in autistic children’s families,the use of structured family therapy may be impeded,among which the formation of a complete family space is the most practical problem.Secondly,due to the cultural differences between China and the West,the concept of structural family therapy can not ignore the cultural differences in the process of adjusting the relationship between husband and wife of the families of children with autism.Therefore,the practical research should be combined with the local background to explore the applicability and limitations of structural family therapy in modern Chinese families.
