| At the end of 2019,dozens of patients with novel coronavirus appeared in Wuhan, and COVID-19 broke out in an all-round way.On November 30,2022,Guangzhou issued a temporary control area for the first time to lift epidemic prevention and control.Subsequently,China’s epidemic policy in multiple regions gradually relaxed, and the lives of residents in Chengdu gradually returned to normal.Academician Zhong Nanshan said that the epidemic will persist for a long time, but will gradually be released during dynamic elimination.Based on the above background, the author understands that this anxiety directly or indirectly affects the daily learning and life of college students in Chengdu.Guided by positive adolescent development, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attribution theory, this article uses literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis to study the relationship between physical exercise behavior and anxiety among college students in Chengdu.A sample survey of college students in Chengdu is used as the research subject for related research. The research results indicate that: firstly, the physical exercise behavior and various dimensions of college students in Chengdu are at a moderate level, while their anxiety and various dimensions are above the average level. There is a significant correlation between physical exercise behavior and anxiety among college students;Secondly, the physical exercise behavior of Chengdu college students is affected by gender, and anxiety is not affected by gender; The physical exercise behavior and anxiety of college students are influenced by different majors;Age and grade have an impact on students’ physical exercise behavior, and college students’ anxiety is not affected in terms of age and grade; In terms of family location, the physical exercise behavior and anxiety of college students are not affected;Thirdly, the physical exercise behavior of college students in Chengdu has a positive predictive effect on their anxiety, indicating that physical exercise can not only directly improve physical fitness and weaken negative psychological problems through physical energy consumption, but also improve positive psychological quality through physical relaxation and elimination of negative emotions. The targeted suggestions are as follows: First,in the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, college students’ sports venues are limited. We should reasonably plan the opening hours of sports venues, expand the public sports venues of schools, improve the public sports infrastructure of schools, increase college students’ sports participation and build different sports venues according to the gender and hobby differences of college students;Secondly,it is recommended that universities in Chengdu not only focus on enhancing the physical fitness of college students, but also pay attention to and solve psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, and "hollow heart disease" among college students.Regular screening of negative emotions among college students should be carried out,and psychological assistance should be provided for students with high depression and severe anxiety.Emphasize the combination of sports and physical and mental health, and conduct statistical monitoring of negative emotions such as anxiety among college students through psychological counseling and exercise intervention;Thirdly, curriculum design should be based on the differences in gender and physical fitness between men and women, and various sports activities should be organized. For example, male sports can be dominated by competitions, while women focus on beauty and health,in line with the individual development of students. In response to the increase in academic pressure, appropriately increase sports and leisure activities, achieve a combination of work and rest, reduce students’ stress burden, and experience the joy of sports; The fourth is that physical exercise can affect living habits, thereby affecting negative emotions such as anxiety.College students should also reasonably control the amount of exercise while doing physical exercise to avoid addiction to exercise.Gradually adapt to the living habits in the context of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, reduce the impact of epidemic prevention and control on their own lives and emotions, and avoid the interference of daily exercise habits, which will lead to the rise of negative emotions. As an important driving force for social development and progress, college students have a unique significance to explore the physical exercise behavior for effectively reducing and alleviating the impact of long-term epidemic prevention and control on college students’ anxiety. The purpose is to provide reference for alleviating college students’ anxiety, promoting college students to actively participate in physical exercise and improving their mental health under the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic.Encourage college students to use physical exercise to alleviate anxiety generated under special circumstances, provide reference and countermeasures for their overall growth and talent development, further promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health, and promote the pace of building a sports power. |
