The General Secretary pointed out in his report to the Party’s 20th Congress that science and technology must be the primary productive forces,human resources the primary resources,and innovation the primary driving force.Based on the development characteristics of the Chinese times and the development of the phased characteristics of the demand for innovative talents unprecedented increase.General Secretary said at the Central Conference on Talent work that "now,we are more eager for talents than in any other period in history".As China enters the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and marching towards the second centenary Goal,it is essential to rely on high-level innovative talents if we want to achieve self-reliance in high level science and technology.This requires us to pay more attention to the independent training of talents.To cultivate innovative talents,we must improve the training mode of talents and support the establishment of an open,sharing,integrated and innovative education system.In this context,the sharing of innovative talents and the realization of the full utilization of talents plays an important role in the road to realize the development of high level of science and technology in our country.Although existing researches have carried out a series of researches on talent sharing from the perspective of macro mechanism construction,it is worth noting that as the subject of talent sharing,their individual willingness to share plays a decisive role in whether they participate in the behavior of sharing.However,existing researches pay little attention to this micro level,which provides certain space for the development of this study.Based on the review of relevant literature,this study made comprehensive use of social capital theory and planned behavior theory,took innovative talents as the research object,and constructed a theoretical model among the five variables of social interaction,trust,shared vision,behavioral attitude and talent sharing intention,so as to explore the mechanism of the influence of social capital on innovative talent sharing intention.Finally,302 effective data from innovative talents were collected by issuing questionnaires.Structural equation model was established and Bootstrap was used to test the direct and intermediate effects.The results showed that:(1)Social interaction,trust and shared vision would have a positive impact on behavior attitude and talent sharing intention;(2)Behavioral attitude also has a significant positive impact on talent sharing intention;(3)Behavioral attitudes play a partial mediating role among social interaction,trust,shared vision and talent sharing intention respectively.On the basis of the research conclusions,relevant suggestions are put forward from three aspects: individual innovative talents,enterprises and government.Innovative talents should actively broaden their own social networks and improve their own abilities;Enterprises should set up correct corporate values and corresponding incentive measures;The government should build a social trust mechanism,strengthen relevant training and education,and foster an atmosphere of sharing.
