The Research Of Current Situations Of The Juvenile Roller-skating Training In Shanghai

In recent years, roller skating is developing rapidly in China, particularly in some coastal cities. For example, in Shanghai, one of the biggest coastal cities, children's roller skating training is in full swing. There are more and more children skating clubs, children's skating training companies, training institutions, large and small, emerged as required. With the rising passion of children and parents for skating, the children's skating training market has become larger and larger, which provides a strong driving force to the development of Shanghai as well as the national skating.Through literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and so on, this dissertation takes the Shanghai Children's skating training industry operating status for the study, surveys some operators, coaches, parents and students on children's skating basic information, the satisfaction of students and parents on the children's skating coaches, services, courses and other aspects. Based on the above issues, the author gives some related suggestions and makes references to the establishment and standardization of Shanghai Children's skating training system and other children's recreational sports training market.After investigation and analysis of relevant problems, the author found that current training in Shanghai Children's skating development of the industry is quite strong; however, much confusion also exists as following:1. Training institutions, no matter professional or not, mix together. In addition to some organized by professional sports training company, public sports facilities, sports clubs, there are skating clubs, interest groups or hobbyists constituting a temporary children's skating training courses;2. Most of the children's skating training institutions are not very large, and the main teaching points located in city center;3. Some children's skating class courses are taken in some public place, such as in parks or squares and so on, all of which exist a security risk;4. Nowadays, most of the children skating courses are given by some young college students or skating enthusiasts as a part-time tutoring, and their attitudes and teaching quality should be improved;5. About one third of the participants is not satisfied or very satisfied with the current school environment, the fees and charges, coaches teaching attitudes and quality, as well as other service conditions is not satisfied or very satisfiedAimed at the current business situation and problems of Shanghai Children's skating training industry, this dissertation puts forward the following recommendations:First, the Government should pay more attention to cultural promotion and roller skating venue construction;Second, the Government should strengthen the management and publicity, improving trade access for industrial and commercial tax threshold. At the same time, sports departments should also step up enforcement efforts; resolutely ban the clubs or courses that don't meet the requirements and laws so as to avoid rushing into mass action or vicious competition. With consumers' confidence, we can develop our children skating industry orderly and healthily; Third, relevant departments should establish mechanisms for Coach Training, to improve the coaches' professionalism and industrious spirits;Fourth, training institutions should pay attention to develop their own brands, the formation of brand-effectiveness; children skating training institutions in the socialist market economy to participate in market competition should be set up by students in the degree of their awareness, trust and reputation to develop their own Brand;Fifth, agencies should be guided by the market and take a standardized competition legalization of roads; if they want to win the competition in the training market as a seller, sports training, as an industry, can do nothing but to aim at training market's supply and demand, change timely adjustment of training, improve leadership's managing ability and strengthen research, planning and development efforts;Sixth, a comprehensive professional management of human resources should be developed quickly;Seventh, the construction industry laws and regulations should be strengthened;Eighth, the agency should use the existing customer to base and establish the concept of relationship marketingNinth, the implementation of various pricing strategies should be established to meet different customer needs;10th, agencies should strengthen the race and cultural exchanges and of roller skating sports;...
