Research On Multi-Subject Collaborative Governance Of Youth Sports Clubs In Southern Shaanxi

Youth sports development is very important,youth sports clubs as an important part of the sports industry,as the main way to carry out youth sports activities,the coordinated development between the government,society,and schools is the general trend in the future.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper uses the research method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis to determine the governance subjects,and selects five structural variables: "government subject behavior","youth sports club main behavior","school main behavior","youth sports club multi-subject collaborative governance integration",and "youth sports club collaborative governance effect" to construct a multi-subject collaborative governance model of youth sports clubs in southern Shaanxi,with southern Shaanxi region as the research site.Nvivo12 software was used to conduct exploratory research,put forward reasonable hypotheses,put forward the initial model,test the model,analyze the structural equation model,and factor analysis to explore the external and internal factors affecting the collaborative governance of youth sports clubs in southern Shaanxi,and analyze the path coefficients.Through the questionnaire survey method,AMOS26.0 and SPSS25.0 and other software were used to analyze the data specifically,and the following conclusions were reached:(1)The collaborative governance theory used in "multi-subject collaborative governance" changed the research content from "governance" to "collaborative governance",which provided a theoretical basis and support for the successful construction of a multi-subject collaborative governance model for youth sports clubs in southern Shaanxi.(2)According to the model conclusion,the main behavior of government,sports club and school has a direct impact on the integration and collaborative governance effect of multi-subject collaborative governance of youth sports clubs in southern Shaanxi.The behavior of government subjects,sports clubs,and schools not only has a direct impact on the collaborative governance effect of multiple subjects of youth sports clubs,but also has indirect effects.(3)The three entities were ranked as school subject behavior> government subject behavior,> club main behavior.(4)This study proposes a practical and scientific path for the realization of multi-subject collaborative governance of youth sports clubs in southern Shaanxi: improve the concept of collaborative governance among various subjects;Strengthen the collaborative governance relationship between various subjects;Improve the collaborative governance mechanism among various entities;Optimize the collaborative governance environment among various entities.
