| The pace of attack and defense in today’s football matches is accelerating,and the requirements for athletes’ specialized physical fitness are also higher.The speed of specialized movement and specialized agility affect the physical and competitive abilities of athletes,which are related to the efficiency,rhythm,and game results of players’ attack and defense.The U16 stage for women is an important stage of transition from adolescence to adulthood,as well as the beginning stage of specialized training.It is necessary to grasp the golden period of developing specialized speed and specialized sensitivity quality in this stage.Therefore,we will construct an evaluation system for the special linear speed and special agility quality of excellent U16 female football players in China,providing reference for the cultivation,diagnosis,and selection of young football players,and promoting the development of young women’s football in China.By using the methods of literature review,expert investigation,analytic hierarchy process,field test,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this study takes the special linear speed and special agility quality evaluation system of Chinese U16 elite female football player as the research object.According to the testing method,organize the test results,use Excel and SPSS software for data processing,establish an evaluation system for the special linear speed and special agility quality of China’s U16 outstanding female football player,and draw the following conclusions.result:(1)Based on the specific characteristics of football,the specific displacement speed is divided into two categories: non ball specific displacement(starting speed,acceleration,and maximum speed)and ball specific displacement(starting speed and acceleration);Special sensitivity qualities are divided into two categories: non ball specific sensitivity qualities(turns,folds,and curves)and ball specific sensitivity qualities(turns,folds,and curves).(2)The Delphi method method is used to screen out the evaluation indicators that can reflect the special displacement speed and the special sensitive quality,and the corresponding weights are assigned.Conclusion:(1)The evaluation indicators for the specific displacement speed and specific sensitivity of Chinese U16 excellent female football players include 2 first level indicators,5 second level indicators,and 5 third level indicators;The special sensitive quality evaluation indicators include 2 first level indicators,6 second level indicators,and 10 third level indicators.(2)Establish an evaluation formula for the specific displacement speed and specific sensitivity of China’s U16 outstanding female football players: A(specific displacement speed)=10 meter run × 0.09+30 meter run × 0.068+40 meter run ×0.021+10 meter dribbling run × 0.59+30 meter dribbling run × 0.231;B(Special Sensitivity Quality)=2 × 5 meter turn back run × 0.032+pro sensitivity × 0.056+30meter zigzag run × 0.024+Right angle line running × 0.056+curve running × 0.02+10meter dribbling run × 0.148+Pro Sensitivity Dribbling Run × 0.279+30 meter zigzag dribbling run × 0.066+Right angle zigzag dribbling run × 0.228+curve dribbling run ×0.089。(3)We have established a single level evaluation table and a comprehensive level evaluation table for the specific displacement speed and specific sensitivity quality of China’s U16 outstanding female football players.Special displacement speed evaluation level: 84 points and above are excellent,74-83 points are good,34-73 points are moderate,24-33 points are average,and 23 points and below are poor;Special sensitivity quality: A score of 71 or above is excellent,a score of 64-70 is good,a score of 46-63 is average,a score of 37-45 is average,and a score of 36 or below is poor. |
