Study is based on the special strength training (weight-bearing support single leg jump and standing long jump of three level) and the special speed training (fifty meter running and full run-up speed) for adolescents three triple jump athletes achievement influence as the starting point, detailed argumentation as a three triple jump training in improving the performance of long jump to three in a substantive role and based on specific strength training (weight-bearing support single leg jump and standing long jump of three level) and the special speed training (fifty meter running and full run-up speed) for adolescents three triple jump athletes achievement influence as the main line, describes three levels of long jump special ability training research present situation, trend and the existence of the problem, a brief overview three long jump performance and load supporting single leg jump and standing long jump of three level and fifty meter running and full run-up speed five respective characteristics and training methods, contents, and practice method, data collection, investigation and interview method, data processing method, comparison method, focus on Yantai City school30at the age of1416years old three triple jump athletes were investigated in this study, were randomly divided into group A (Special Forces training group), group B (special speed training group) and a control group,16week exercise. Experimental determination of three long jump, weight-bearing support hop, standing three triple jump, fifty meters, the entire run-up speed and other indicators, the observation of different special training for adolescents three triple jump performance and related quality influence. Result:(1)A group (Special Forces training group) standing three long jump performance and load supporting single leg jumping performance was significantly improved (P’0.01), group B (special speed training group) of standing long jump and three load supporting single leg jumping performance is improved (0.01<P<0.05), but the C group scores did not change significantly. After the experiment, A group and B group, A group and C group of three triple jump achievement had significantly increased (P’0.01).(2)B group before and after the experiment of fifty meters starting running and full run-up speed had significant changes(P<0.01), A group and C group fifty meters starting running performance and full run-up speed scores did not change significantly, but there is increasing trend; after experimental B group and A group, B group achievement and C group differences in scores are highly significant (P<0.01), A group and C group achievement no differences (P>0.05).(3)A group, B group and the experimental class three long jump performance are different, but the B group differences were highly significant (P<0.01); after the experiment of B group and A group, B group and C group of three triple jump performance significantly differences (P<0.01), experimental after A group and C group, there was significant difference in the scores.Conclusion:(1)16weeks of special strength training and speed training can improve the adolescent’s special strength quality, but the special strength training group training is more significant, effect is better.(2)16weeks of special strength training and speed training can improve adolescent special speed quality, but the special speed training group training effect is better, and more effective.(3)16weeks of special strength training and speed training can improve the adolescent level three long jump, but the special speed training group training can effectively improve the performance of long jump grade three.
