| With the development of modern volleyball to the direction of high, fast, accurate and smart, the competition between high-level volleyball teams in universities is becoming increasingly fierce. In the competition, relying only on the use of skills and tactics can not win the game, but also need volleyball players’ good physical fitness as the foundation,in which the explosive power of lower limbs is particularly key.Lower limb explosive power is an important component of volleyball players’ competitive ability.Whether it is jump height,multi-directional mobility or attack and defense transition,it needs strong lower limb explosive power as support. The explosive power level of athletes’ lower limbs directly affects the success rate of offensive and defensive skills and tactics in tandem and online "air supremacy" competition. The level of lower limb explosive power is closely related to training methods. With the continuous innovation of science and technology and the continuous development of training theories, the training methods of lower limb explosive power also show a diversified trend. The selection of training methods and athletes’ training level will affect the effect of lower limb explosive power training. In order to verify the effect of traditional resistance training(RT),Plyometric training(PT)and complex training(CT)on lower extremity explosive power of female volleyball players in colleges and universities. The training content and test index were screened by the method of literature and expert interview.Exercise with experimental method, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics method, through an 8-week experiment, respectively with traditional RT,PT,CT as the control group(CG),experiment group Ⅰ(EGⅠ),experiment group Ⅱ(EGⅡ)intervention content; The explosiveness of lower limbs was measured by standing long jump, vertical jump in place,run-up,30 m sprint and half-meter word movement. The analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)By comparing the improvement amplitude of each test index before and after the experiment of the three groups,it can be seen that the three training methods can improve the lower limb explosive power of the tested athletes. The overall improvement range from high to low is CT,PT,traditional RT.Compared with PT and traditional RT,the CT is more efficient in enhancing the lower extremity explosive power of female volleyball players in universities.(2)Before and after the experiment,in terms of intra-group comparison,EG Ⅰ showed significant improvement in the results of the other four tests except 30 m sprint running, indicating that PT can effectively improve the lower extremity explosive power of female volleyball players in colleges and universities in a short time. The results of 5 tests of lower extremity explosive power in EG Ⅱ were significantly improved.CT had a more comprehensive effect on the effect of lower extremity explosive power training. In the CG,only the standing long jump and half meter movement showed significant improvement.RT could not guarantee the continuous improvement of lower limb explosive power output of female volleyball players in universities.(3)As for the comparison between groups after the experiment, there had been huge variations in three check indexes between EGⅡ and CG after the experiment; There had been two huge variations between EGⅠ and CG after the experiment. There was only one significant difference between EGⅡ and EGⅠ.Compared with traditional RT,CT has more advantages in the training of lower extremity explosive power of female volleyball players in colleges and universities. In the comparison between groups after the experiment,CT has no obvious advantages compared with PT.(4)From the three aspects of comprehensive lifting range,intra-group comparison before and after the experiment, and inter-group comparison after the experiment, the effects of the three training methods on the lower extremity explosive power of female volleyball players in colleges and universities are shown as follows: CT has the best effect on lower extremity explosive power training, followed by PT,and the effect of single traditional RT is not obvious. |
