| In recent years,against the backdrop of the covid-19 pandemic,many schools have launched online teaching.Although mobile phones have ensured the smooth progress of school teaching tasks during home quarantine,they have also increased students’ use of mobile phones,students are more likely to rely on mobile phones.The closed-door management during the epidemic prevention and control period strengthened students’ sense of loneliness and emptiness.Students’ single forms of entertainment could only be filled by playing games,social networking,and scrolling short videos.Junior high school students are still at a low level of mobile phone awareness,it is easy to attract the information on the mobile phone,resulting in mobile phone dependence,not interested in other things.In this special period,the traditional education model has not been able to produce better results for students,but will deepen the students’ mobile phone dependence behavior.The mobile phone dependence behavior has seriously affected the students’ physical and mental health.If the students don’t improve their cognitive level,they can’t realize their wrong behavior and correct it,and they can’t get rid of the mobile phone dependence,will seriously hinder the development of society.Based on the mobile phone questionnaire survey,the mobile phone dependence scale score statistics and interviews,the author recruited 8 members of the group,after assessing the needs of each group member,on the basis of cognitive behavior theory,dominance perspective theory and social system theory,a total of six group activities were conducted,the goal is to improve the members’ awareness of mobile phone,from understanding the harm of mobile phone dependence,to cultivate scientific and healthy mobile phone use habits,and finally to get rid of mobile phone dependence.After the end of group activities,the members of the group have basically no dependence on the characteristics of mobile phones,return to normal learning life.Finally,the author carries on the summary introspection regarding this group work involvement,proposes the suggestion to the junior high school student’s handset dependence question from many aspects. |
