Junior high school students are in their adolescence.For them,how to use mobile phones in a scientific and reasonable way is a key issue that needs in-depth research and needs to be properly dealt with.Mobile phone dependence refers to the state in which an individual is addicted to the mobile phone because he cannot reasonably control his mobile phone use behavior.When mobile phone dependence occurs,junior high school students will have communication dependence,reading dependence,homework dependence,entertainment dependence,etc.,seriously affect the physical and mental health of junior high school students.At present,researches on mobile phone dependence mainly focus on related influencing factors,with few intervention studies,and the majority of them are for college students.Research shows that sandplay games have achieved good results in the intervention practice of adolescent behavior problems,and mobile phone dependence intervention has also been practiced in college students.This study of 587 students in a middle school in Wuhu,after analyzing the present situation and problems of mobile phone rely on comb through the mobile phone depend on scale score greater than 48 30 mobile phones dependence of junior middle school students as subjects,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group will be treated by group sand play games,on the experimental intervention for 10 weeks.After the end of the intervention,3 subjects were analyzed on the pre and post-test data of NoGo accuracy,the score of mobile phone dependence scale and the average daily use time of mobile phone,to judge whether the intervention of group sand games can effectively reduce the mobile phone dependence degree of the subjects.The results show that:(1)there is no significant difference in gender and student origin of mobile phone dependence among junior middle school students,but there are significant differences in grade,years of use of mobile phone and daily use time.(2)after 10-week intervention with group sand table games,there was a significant difference in the mobile phone dependence level of the experimental group in the three indicators before and after measurement,and the mobile phone dependence level was reduced;In the control group without any intervention,however,after 10 weeks,some ofthe three indicators of cell phone dependence deteriorated,and the cell phone dependence was higher than that in the pretest.(3)one of the effective intervention ways to reduce teenagers' dependence on mobile phones during group sandplay.
