With the rapid development of the society,mobile phones,which attract college students with their functionality and convenience,are regarded as indispensable social life tools.While mobile phones bring convenience to the lives of college students,they also bring a lot of problems.Mobile phone dependence is one of them.College students who rely on mobile phones may suffer from insufficient sleep and vision loss.Those who are severe will cause social impairment,aversion to learning,low grades,inability to master the professional knowledge they have learned,loss of inferiority,and even affect their future career and future development.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the problem of college students' mobile phone dependence and explore its causes and corrective measures.Social work,as a work method that helps people and solve social problems,can play an important role in college students' mobile phone problems.Therefore,on the basis of the existing research,this article bases on the professional knowledge of social work,makes full use of research methods such as literature analysis,interviews,and questionnaires to distribute self-written questionnaires at W University in Wenzhou,and sorts out the dependence of mobile phones on college students and analyze of the causes of college students 'dependence on mobile phones.Based on the social learning theory and system theory of social work,one of the three major methods of social work is used to intervene in group work to achieve the goal of improving college students 'mobile phone dependence and returning them to normal learning and life.This study found that after 6 group activities,through the self-assessment of the group members and the comparison of the scale before and after the test,the group members 'mobile phone dependence and the use of mobile phones were significantly reduced,strength and interpersonal skills have improved to a certain extent.It is concluded that group work can significantly improve the dependence of college students on mobile phones and it is an effective way to solve the problem of college students' dependence on mobile phones.On this basis,the author summarizes and reflects on the progress of the group work,and finally gives some suggestions: First,the needs and goals of the team members should be clarified at the level of the group work,a variety of methods should be used comprehensively and try to introduce Recitation education.The second is the individual level of college students.they should set the correct goals,strengthen self-direction,improve interpersonal communication skills and cultivate healthy interests and hobbies.The third is the school level,that colleges and universities can draw on advanced experience to formulate rules and regulations,enrich campus culture,and combine traditional college student work with college social work.The fourth is the family level.They should strengthen the intervention of the family environment,and change the way of upbringing and communication,and play a demonstration role while monitoring.
