With the promulgation of the ’ Ordinary High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)’ and the gradual implementation of the new college entrance examination elective system,the advantages of the traditional teaching model in high schools are becoming increasingly thin.At this stage,’ How to cultivate students ’ core literacy of physics’ has become a core issue that needs to be solved urgently in high school physics education.Teachers need to summarize and reflect on the shortcomings of traditional high school physics teaching,seek innovative reforms in classroom models and teaching design,and accurately match the " literacy-based " teaching objectives in the new era.On this basis,this paper will start from specific problems,and explore how to strengthen the cultivation of students ’scientific thinking in physics education in the new era by drawing on the core viewpoints of OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept.The OBE concept is a result-oriented education concept.In the process of theoretical construction,the concept integrates the advanced educational ideas of ’ outcome-based teaching ’,’ continuous improvement design ’ and ’ student-centered ’,aiming at cultivating professional talents urgently needed by the society through modern educational concepts.By studying the successful cases of OBE concept in higher education,this paper puts forward the research idea of integrating OBE concept into high school physics teaching to help students cultivate scientific thinking.Through systematic analysis,it is found that the goal requirements of OBE concept and scientific thinking do have something in common in the essence of training.Therefore,in the specific research,it is decided to use Taylor ’s principle,constructivist learning theory and Bruner ’s ’ cognition-discovery ’ theory as the theoretical basis for the OBE concept to link scientific thinking,and to cultivate the physical science thinking ability of high school students.In the early stage of the research,in order to make the research results more practical,the students ’ physical learning needs,the acquisition of preconcepts and the actual performance of students in the learning process were investigated through questionnaires and discussions.Through interviews and listening to lectures,we can understand the habits of different student groups in learning physics,the thinking methods of learning physics and the practice of teachers ’ physical core literacy goals.Based on the systematic theoretical analysis and real research feedback,under the guidance of the OBE concept,this study reconstructs the teaching mode of high school physics,and selects the chapter content of ’ uniform linear motion ’ as a case to carry out curriculum design and practice.After practice,the teaching effect under the OBE concept was investigated by means of evaluation scale,student interview and questionnaire survey,and the results of the second investigation were compared with the teaching effect of traditional teaching design.It was found that the unit curriculum design based on the OBE concept had certain application value in practical teaching.On the one hand,it can meet the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard for cultivating students ’ core literacy,and help students form the learning habits of active thinking,active inquiry and active knowledge seeking.On the other hand,the satisfaction of students after reaching the stage goal task can stimulate students ’ desire to continue to explore the truth;in addition,based on the requirements of the new curriculum standards and other social factors for talent training at this stage,using the OBE concept to guide the physics curriculum reform can help students find problems in a timely manner from the first perspective,and guide students to scientifically and rationally design solutions based on existing learning experience and knowledge reserves.
