work and honest work.As an important way to practice labor education,promoting labor spirit has been widely concerned.Work creates a better life,carries forward the spirit of work,and lights up the growth of students.High school is an important period of personality formation and development.Attaching importance to the cultivation of high school students’ labor spirit is helpful to improve high school students’ good ideological and moral cultivation and help students develop good labor values.Based on the subject characteristics of high school ideological and political lessons,strengthening the cultivation of students’ labor spirit in the teaching process is conducive to the implementation of the core quality requirements of the subject,so as to lay a good foundation for their all-round development.The core content of this study is to improve the cultivation effect of labor spirit in high school ideological and political class.The introduction part firstly discusses the research background and significance of this research,and on the basis of domestic and foreign research on labor spirit,has a preliminary understanding of the current research status of labor spirit cultivation,and discusses the research methods adopted in this research and the innovation of this research.The first chapter,starting from the concept,first elaborated labor,labor spirit and its specific connotation.According to the reference literature,the paper discusses the status and value of the spirit of labor,that is,the spirit of labor is the time content of the spiritual pedigrees of the Communist Party of China,the vivid embodiment of the national spirit and the spirit of The Times,or the internal requirement of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.And discusses the theoretical basis of labor spirit from three aspects: philosophical foundation,cultural foundation and practical theory.The second chapter clarifies the cultivation of labor spirit in high school ideological and political teaching from the two dimensions of necessity and feasibility.The spiritual guidance of national revival,the internal requirements of socialist education policy,the growth needs of students to develop labor values and the inevitable requirements of the conformal development of high school ideological and political discipline,these four aspects have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of labor spirit of high school ideological and political lessons.The cultivation of the core quality of the country,society,school and subject provides support for the cultivation of high school students’ labor spirit in ideological and political courses.The third chapter uses the interview method to investigate and analyze the actual situation of the cultivation of labor spirit in high school ideological and political class.It is found that the material,cultural and institutional support for the cultivation of labor spirit in high school ideological and political class is not strong enough at the social level.Insufficient attention to Labour education at the school level;From the perspective of students’ self-consciousness,there is insufficient understanding of labor spirit.From the classroom teaching situation,it is found that there are some problems in the process of cultivating the labor spirit of high school ideological and political class,such as fuzzy goal setting,not deep content mining,single method selection and unscientific evaluation method.The reasons for the above problems are analyzed and found: the influence of bad social culture,the negative influence of exam-oriented education on cultivating subjects,the lack of teachers’ ability to play,and the lack of students’ subjective initiative.The fourth chapter,aiming at the existing problems,puts forward the practical strategy of cultivating the labor spirit of high school ideological and political class.From the perspective of "big ideological and political courses",it is believed that the society should provide a good atmosphere,labor practice base and system guarantee for the cultivation of labor spirit in high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of collaborative education.Schools should optimize the education platform,strengthen the construction of campus culture,strengthen the construction of teachers,develop school-based resources;From the perspective of students’ main body,actively mobilize students’ main body initiative,guide students to set up correct labor concept and develop scientific labor consciousness,encourage students to actively participate in labor practice;From the perspective of classroom teaching,teachers should start from the goal,content,method and evaluation,and apply modern educational technology to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of labor spirit in ideological and political classes in high school.Finally,taking "value judgment and value choice" as an example,the paper explains how to strengthen the cultivation of labor spirit in teaching. |
