The development of network technology has brought revolutionary changes to education and teaching.Teachers use the network to teach and manage, and students use the network to learn, acquire knowledge and skills.Network learning has become a New Normal. The diversified teaching evaluation models in the online environment are gradually emerging, and the transformation of diversified evaluation concepts has also promoted the reform of teaching evaluation methods.Diversified teaching evaluation emphasizes the learning process, improves the traditional evaluation teaching environment, and emphasizes the innovative spirit and ability of formative evaluation. In traditional classrooms, students often passively receive knowledge and information imparted by teachers. However, with the development of online teaching technology, more and more people choose to use the internet for classroom teaching activities.Peer evaluation,as a new type of teaching evaluation method,is widely used in classroom teaching of various disciplines. This study introduces the current research status of peer review at home and abroad,as well as the implementation of peer review in various subject classrooms, and points out its existing problems and puts forward suggestions.Peer evaluation to some extent reduces the burden on teachers and has a positive promoting effect on learners’ knowledge construction and ability development. The advantages of the network itself also provide support for the effective implementation of peer evaluation.Based on the analysis of relevant literature on peer evaluation both domestically and internationally, and drawing on the existing models and theoretical basis of peer evaluation in blended learning environments, this study designed a process framework for peer evaluation activities, including evaluation subjects, evaluation standards, evaluation methods, evaluation tasks, and resources and tools. The study conducted a four month peer review practice activity based on the "Digital Media Design" course of S University, using "Super Star Learning Communication" as an online learning platform. The specific steps for designing and implementing three rounds of peer review were designed and implemented. The execution effect of peer review in a blended learning environment was tested through a questionnaire survey, and the practice result data was organized and analyzed.Focus on the impact of peer evaluation activities on students’ participation, evaluation ability, learning ability, and attitudes towards peer evaluation, and how peer evaluation activities will have an impact. The research results indicate that: 1.Most students hold a positive attitude towards peer evaluation. After the peer evaluation activity is carried out, students have relatively recognized the results of peer evaluation, and their attitude towards online peer evaluation has been positively improved;2.Peer evaluation activities have a promoting effect on learners’ evaluation ability, and learners can use evaluation methods more familiar when evaluating each other, using network platform technology for mutual evaluation;3.Peer evaluation activities promote learners to learn from each other, promote learners’ autonomous learning ability from the evaluation method of individual anonymous mutual evaluation, and promote learners’ cooperative learning ability from the method of inter group mutual evaluation. Finally, based on the actual situation of student feedback and peer evaluation activities, data analysis was conducted, and conclusions and suggestions were proposed in the peer evaluation activities.Through peer evaluation, diversified teaching evaluation methods were continuously enriched and innovated, promoting the improvement of classroom teaching effectiveness. At the end of the article,a summary and outlook are provided. In order to provide meaningful reference and reference for subsequent research on peer evaluation in blended learning environments.
