The rapid development of network technology,brings along the transform of the education.Especially in recent years,with the popularity of mobile communication technology in worldwide,the way of learning become more diversified,from a single traditional classroom learning mode to the diversified learning mode,such as the mobile learning,online learning.The change of learning style has caused the change of evaluation method.At present,many online learning platform,including the MOOC platform,use peer review as one of the main evaluation methods.Peer review becomes the hotspot in research of online learning evaluation.However,there are some problems with peer review in practice,for instance,the low participation enthusiasm,the less interaction between peers,the uneven evaluation level and the low reviews quality.Although,the right of evaluation belongs to the students during the peer review process,the role of teacher is still irreplaceable.This study starts from the perspective of teachers and explore the different teacher's roles,such as evaluator,guide,have which influence on student's peer review,This article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter elaborated the related concept,the reason of study,the research goal and the research significance and research method.The second chapter introduces the related theoretical basis of this study and the research status at home and abroad.The third chapter expounds the overall design of this study,mainly including four aspects of research,such as:research purposes and assumptions,research objects,research framework and research process.The fourth chapter introduces the experimental design of "teacher assessment feedback's influence on college students' peer review ",two rounds of the concrete implementation process,and data collection.In the fifth chapter,we use the SPSS and Excel software to analyze the data collected in the experiment,use the UCINET software for social network analysis(SNA),and get the related conclusion.The last chapter summarizes the research.In this paper,using quasi-experimental research method for two rounds of experiments,the undergraduate students from Nanjing Normal Unixversity "modern education technology" course become the experimental object.Study uses "Pocket Classroom" mobile learning platform in blended learning class.Online peer review is applied to the evaluation of university student's work.For studying teacher evaluation feedback role in the peer review,there are two main aspects of the research contents:1.In the "pocket classroom" environment,teacher how to use two kinds of evaluation methods,such as evaluation in class and online,and make experiment plan.2.Using classroom evaluation and online evaluation two kinds of teachers feedback evaluation methods in the experiment,has what effects on student's peer review.Mainly from the following two aspects analyze effects:(1)peer review participation(2)peer review interaction structure.Study aims to explore the mobile learning platform environment,teachers use online evaluation and classroom evaluation two kinds of evaluation methods has what influence on student's peer review,so as to provide teachers with teaching strategies,used in hybrid teaching practice.Experimental data shows that teacher evaluation can increase student's participation,and make the interaction between peers more closely.The teacher's classroom evaluation is more effective than the teacher's online evaluation.
