A new round of curriculum reform for basic education was launched,and in April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Compulsory Education Information Technology Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition).Formal renaming of IT courses as ICT courses and inclusion of ICT courses in the focus of basic education.The information technology course in compulsory education is a basic course with practical and comprehensive characteristics,which lays the foundation for the information technology course in senior high school.The goal of the information technology course is to cultivate students’ scientific spirit and ethics,cultivate socialist core values,cultivate national security outlook,and improve students’ information literacy and digital skills.At present,the information technology course has entered the full implementation stage,but due to various factors,the implementation status of the course is not optimistic.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature research,case study,interview,questionnaire and observation to collect,process and analyze literature and data.The thesis is divided into five chapters,which cover three main research questions: what is the current situation of rural information technology curriculum development;What are the factors affecting the implementation of rural information technology courses? How to promote the implementation and sustainable development of rural information technology courses.It is found that the basic infrastructure of rural primary schools can basically meet the need for information technology courses;Information technology teachers are not highly professional,most of the information technology courses are taught by other subjects,and information technology teachers have few training opportunities,outdated ideas,and many non-teaching tasks,it is difficult to concentrate on the course teaching work;The information technology teacher’s teaching method is single,the teaching activity middle school student evaluates the question to be absent;There is a serious shortage of information technology curriculum resources in all schools.Students’ information technology core literacy is low and cannot meet the needs of social development.According to the relevant research,and observed the implementation of information technology curriculum in five schools,this study will affect the implementation of the main factors of science curriculum,mainly summarized in two aspects of six elements.The two factors are internal and external,and the two factors are broken down.respectively: course resources;The headmaster;Teachers’;Student attitudes and interests;Parental ideas and local resources.In view of the existing problems and influencing factors in the implementation of information technology curriculum in rural primary schools,the following measures are put forward to improve the current situation of information technology curriculum in rural primary schools: first,to change the attitude of principals,teachers and students,and to reunderstand information technology curriculum;Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of school hardware and software facilities.Third,strengthen teacher training,improve information technology teachers’ own information literacy,and fourth,deepen teaching reform to improve the teaching level,improve teaching design,establish scientific evaluation methods,and strengthen classroom management;You are to build a rural environment suitable for the development of the curriculum.
