Community governance is the basis of social governance,and rural community governance is the basis of national governance system.Along with the continuous development of rural economy and society and the acceleration of urban and rural integration,the rural community caused the development gap between urban and rural communities due to the backward economic development,brain drain,geographical location and other issues,resulting in the slow process of rural community construction and development,rural community governance is difficult to effectively advance.At present,rural community governance is faced with many challenges.The traditional rural community governance model cannot solve the current predicament faced by rural communities,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the modernization of national governance capacity and governance system.Therefore,the rural community governance level is in urgent need of promotion,and the rural community governance task has become the priority of social governance at present.Under the background of the linkage of five social organizations,this study takes the "linkage of Five social organizations" project in B village of Xi ’an as an example,and uses interview method,participatory observation method and other research methods to conduct field research in B village of Xi ’an,so as to understand the operation mode and effectiveness of the mechanism of "linkage of five social organizations" in B village.Based on the theory of advantage perspective and multiple governance theory,this paper analyzes the dilemma of social work’s involvement in rural community governance under the linkage of five social organizations.Although the project "under the linkage of five social organizations" in Village B has achieved certain results in community governance,there are still shortcomings in rural community governance.On this basis,from the perspective of social work,a series of optimization measures are proposed to solve the difficulties in the process of rural community governance,so as to promote the continuous optimization of the mechanism of "linkage of five social organizations" in Village B,so as to improve the level of rural community governance and meet the diversified needs of villagers.This research is divided into six parts.The first chapter is mainly about the background and significance of this research,and introduces the main research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly describes the literature review at home and abroad and the relevant concept definition and theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly analyzes the basic situation of Xi ’an B village,the situation of rural community governance before the implementation of the Five social associations and the intervention of social work in B village community governance under the five social associations.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the intervention of social work in the community governance of village B under the linkage of the five social organizations.The main problems include weak participation consciousness of villagers,overly administrative community governance,unclear rights and responsibilities between governance subjects,lack of professional social work talents,service capacity of community organizations to be improved,and lack of community resources.The fifth chapter aims at the shortcomings of community governance in Village B.This study will start from the aspects of community,social work,community organization and social resources,and provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the dilemma of social work’s intervention in rural community governance,hoping to provide referential experience for the future practice of social work’s intervention in rural community governance.The last chapter is the conclusion and reflection of this research.
