Smart Gym Under The Background Of "Internet +" Operation Model Study

With the increasing number of people who often take part in physical exercise,the demand for physical education presents a diversified and personalized trend.In recent years,"Internet +" has gradually risen as an important national development strategy,and the trend of the integration of sports industry with it is gradually obvious.Under the background of "Internet +",people have a higher level of demand for fitness sports,and profound changes have taken place from fitness concept,fitness equipment to the application of Internet technology.National fitness shows the characteristics of digital and intelligent.The policy emphasizes the transformation of fitness methods and encourages the development of "Internet + Fitness" and other modes.The advantages of traditional gyms are reduced at present,thus giving birth to the emergence of smart gyms.The rapid development of modern technology such as artificial intelligence and Internet also provides technical support for the emergence and development of intelligent gyms,and the fitness market is gradually moving towards digitalization and intelligence.At present,there are few studies on the operation mode of smart gyms,which leads to the lack of theoretical support for the improvement of smart gyms operation,and the lack of constructive guidance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional gyms.In this paper,the "Leke Sport" and "Super Monkey" are taken as example,and analyzes the operation mode of smart gym under the background of "Internet +" from five aspects,including marketing means,service products,fund operation,management system and Internet technical support,by using literature,case analysis,questionnaire,field investigation and other research methods.Through the research,it is found that the operation mode of smart gyms has certain advantages,which has important reference significance for the operation transformation of traditional gyms.Its advantages are as follows: in terms of marketing means,online marketing is fast and covers a wide range,and the target orientation of consumer groups is diversified;In terms of service products,there are many kinds of products to meet users’ personalized fitness needs;In the operation of funds,financing can quickly withdraw funds,easy to timely planning and use;In the management system,the division of labor is clear,the structure is light,the operation efficiency is high;On the Internet technical support,the fitness scene is differentiated and the user experience is intelligent.The development of smart gym started late,its operation model is not perfect,and there are some limitations,mainly as follows: in terms of marketing means,online and offline marketing is difficult to flexibly change and connect;In terms of service products,cost constraints lead to unsound supporting facilities;In the capital operation,excessive reliance on financing and their own income generation ability is poor;In the management system,professional operation personnel shortage,internal organizational structure supervision lax;In the Internet technical support,the technical level is low,the intelligent construction and coverage is not comprehensive.Based on the limitations of the operation model of smart gym under the background of "Internet +",the following targeted optimization strategies are proposed: 1.Enhance sales flexibility,innovate and develop offline marketing methods;2.Appropriately increase the cost of site construction and improve supporting facilities;3.Expand operational income channels and improve the efficiency of capital utilization;4.Cultivate specialized operation personnel and strengthen institutional supervision and management;5.Accelerate the process of intelligent construction and form a technology protection mechanism.
