| With the continuous development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the National Fitness Plan has been elevated to a national strategy,and the Health China 2030 in 2016 and the Outline for the Construction of a Strong Sports Country issued by the State Council on September 2,2019 are a shot in the arm for the development of the sports industry,and the sports fitness and entertainment industry,as the core of the sports industry,is also showing a booming trend,with the commercial The number of commercial fitness clubs is rising year by year.However,in the process of development of commercial fitness clubs,there are many problems such as easy to break the capital chain,too high customer saturation and money-grubbing mode,which lead to most commercial fitness clubs not being able to develop benignly.In order to overcome the problems in the development of traditional commercial fitness clubs,intelligent fitness clubs came into being,which opened a new fitness vision for people and overturned the development mode of traditional commercial fitness clubs.This study aims to explore the operational characteristics and the current situation of intelligent fitness clubs in Xi’an.Using literature,interview,fieldwork and mathematical statistical analysis,the study is conducted from the intelligent fitness needs of Xi’an gym customers,combining the current development status,management system,profit model,core technology and marketing of intelligent fitness clubs in Xi’an,and deeply analyzing their operational status and existing The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The intelligent fitness club is a small fitness club that introduces the operation mode of "artificial intelligence + fitness",combines intelligent fitness equipment,uses the app and We chat app to combine online and offline operation,and has the characteristics of efficient operation,small footprint,unlimited business hours,low investment and low labor cost.Through intelligent and other means,the gym management is light,clear and efficient,reducing labor costs and management difficulties,and further providing differentiated and personalized services for customers.However,because the theoretical research on intelligent fitness clubs lags behind the practical development of intelligent fitness clubs,the research development of intelligent fitness clubs in China is still in the primary stage.2.At present,there are still many problems in the operation mode of intelligent fitness clubs in Xi’an,such as imperfect operation mode and many management loopholes;low profitability mode and insufficient contribution from surrounding industries;low barriers to the main business and easy to be entered;mainstream traditional commercial marketing and insufficient data-based marketing;confusing brand image and non-uniform service quality.3.through fieldwork as well as scientific analysis,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: such as strengthening operation management and improving operation efficiency;direct franchising to achieve market effect;studying consumer demand and discovering vertical precise market;improving brand power and enhancing industry barriers;studying consumer demand and discovering vertical precise market;building concept venues and creating club brand.In order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of China’s intelligent fitness clubs and the benign development of China’s fitness industry. |
