education.It can not only enrich students’ after-school life,but also provide students with a time and space for independent development.After-class service is also a part of the school’s after-school sports activities.It can not only effectively implement the "double reduction" policy in the primary school,reduce the pressure of students’ schoolwork,but also promote the healthy development of students’ physical quality in after-class exercise,and help students develop a lifestyle that insists on exercise with multiple efforts.With the increasing number and types of after-school tutoring classes,many problems have also emerged,making parents lose confidence in tutoring classes.After the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,the term "after-school service in the school" has gradually appeared in the public’s view and attracted the attention of many people in the society.After-class service,as the name implies,is to continue to stay in school after school to enjoy the "service" of the teacher,so that the students’ time of leaving school matches the parents’ time of leaving work,which can not only ensure the health and safety of students after school,but also enable students to continue to stay in school to learn more extra-class knowledge,and also solve the problem of parents’ transportation difficulties.Table tennis,as a national sport in China,is very mature both in technology and in organization.Integrating table tennis activities into after-school service activities and guiding students to actively participate in table tennis learning can not only increase the interest and understanding of the new generation of teenagers in the national sport,promote the development of the national sport cause,but also enable students to actively participate in it,so that sports can truly integrate into students’ learning and life,It not only makes students strong and healthy in sports,but also promotes the integration of sports and education,and lays the foundation for cultivating excellent socialist successors who are moral,intellectual,physical,beautiful and hardworking.Under the guidance of the "double reduction" policy,Shiyan Primary School hopes to take table tennis as the hub,integrate the educational resources of family,school and community,build the "home school community integration" table tennis after-school service,and vigorously develop after-school sports services.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,field survey,etc.,taking the after-school service of table tennis in Shiyan primary school as the research object,and through the investigation and interview of parents,physical education teachers,community staff,etc.,it is found that although the relevant administrative departments have taken various measures to promote the activity,the after-school table tennis service in Shiyan primary school has not achieved significant results,There are still many difficulties,and there are many reasons for these difficulties.Based on this,this study proposes to build a "home-school-community integration" table tennis after-school service model to further promote the table tennis after-school service in Shiyan primary school.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to implement the national policy and cultivate the abilities of teenagers,it is necessary to carry out after-school service of table tennis in Shiyan primary school;(2)Benefiting from a series of advantages of table tennis project,it is completely feasible to carry out table tennis after-school service in Shiyan primary school;(3)There are still deficiencies in the implementation of table tennis after-school services in Shiyan primary schools;(4)We can further promote the after-school service of table tennis in Shiyan primary schools by constructing and implementing the after-school service mode of "integration of family,school and community".In order to seize the opportunity,further promote the development of "home school community integration" table tennis after-school service,realize the two-way progress of students’ burden reduction and physical health,and also promote the promotion of Chinese tennis,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)It is recommended that schools strengthen the introduction of table tennis talents,the community seek sports talent support,and it is recommended to hire parents or coaches with table tennis expertise to provide technical support for schools;(2)It is suggested that Shiyan City vigorously promote the "home school community" integrated table tennis after-school service(3)It is suggested that schools actively enter into the parent group and community,strive for corresponding support and support,and provide preferential policies for school after-school service promotion.(4)It is suggested that the relevant departments of Shiyan City should pay more attention to the development and investment of community sports stadiums to form a good sports atmosphere in the community. |
