| After-class service and after-class sports service are an inclusive and inclusive relationship.After-class sports service is an indispensable module in the after-class service curriculum system,and is also an important way to promote the healthy growth of teenagers and cultivate the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.From the perspective of after-school service,after-school sports service is the most expressive form of after-school service curriculum system.Based on the background of "double reduction",after-school sports service is a key mechanism to promote the development of after-school services and implement the implementation of "double reduction".Since the development of afterschool sports services,many practical results have been achieved,but there are also some practical problems that need to be standardized.This study takes 9 primary schools in the urban area of Yongchuan District,Chongqing as an example.Based on extensive reading and literature review,it relies on the questionnaire survey method to carry out preliminary research and investigation;Summarize the data obtained by means of mathematical statistics;With the help of interview,the leader of the sports team in the school of the research object inquired about the development of after-school sports services;Use the observation method to observe the service conditions,specific work and service content of the service personnel and the service personnel during the implementation of afterschool sports service;The logical analysis method was used to process and deepen the relevant situation,and the following conclusions were obtained.(1)After-class sports service items are relatively fixed in time and limited in venue.The special weather has a huge impact on the development of after-school sports services,the project content is relatively traditional,and the organization is relatively simple.(2)The service development time is relatively short,and the service time of school level teams is significantly longer than that of interest classes;Each grade carries out after-school sports services once a week,but the frequency is insufficient and the number of students in the classroom is relatively large.(3)The allocation of teachers in schools is relatively scarce,and the regional distribution proportion of teachers in urban streets is unbalanced;Teachers on campus often engage in traditional projects,while teachers off campus often engage in innovative projects;The rate of teachers’ special mismatch is high.(4)During the service development process,a large amount of time is spent on class roll call,resulting in a reduction in classroom service time.According to the current situation,find out the reasons and put forward the following optimization strategies.(1)Innovate service delivery forms and implement after-school sports service plans;The school should consider carrying out after-school sports services at wrong time and peak;Realize diversified subjects supporting after-school sports services,and make reasonable use of off-school resources;Adapt to needs,increase the diversity of afterschool sports services,and actively explore and organize diverse school-based courses.(2)Independent development and formulation of after-school sports service course selection system,development of school-based course selection platform,and control of the total number of students in the classroom;Optimize the ecological balance of various sports.(3)Consider the club entering the campus;Establish school counterpart assistance forms;To optimize the regional layout and achieve coordinated regional development.(4)With the help of external factors,attach importance to the establishment of assessment teams;Strengthen the assessment;It is even more necessary to cultivate internal motivation and improve teachers’ own abilities. |
