The Construction And Empirical Research Of The Teaching Mode Of "Integration Of Inside And Outside Class" Of Table Tennis In Colleges And Universities

The teaching reform of physical education courses in colleges and universities is constantly advancing and developing.The deep exploration of the teaching mode and the integrated teaching mode both inside and outside the class have become one of the leading courses advocated by colleges and universities,which has been widely tried out in many public physical education courses in colleges and universities.It has been recognized by most colleges and universities as an important means of college physical education,and its important position in the practice of physical education is self-evident.This paper selected Nan Jing university of technology as an example,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,logic analysis,control experiment and related data collection.This paper makes a breakthrough in the traditional teaching mode of table tennis by using the teaching mode of integration inside and outside class,and puts forward some Suggestions to construct the teaching mode of "integration inside and outside class".The integrated teaching mode inside and outside the class and the open teaching mode have stimulated the enthusiasm of college students for sports activities,broken through the isolation and closure of the original tradition,and made the classroom get extracurricular extension.The research shows that: through the experiment and demonstration of "in-class and out-class integration" teaching mode,the teaching effect shows that the in-class and out-class integration teaching mode plays an active role in improving students' learning interest,improving learning effect and cultivating students' ping-pong habits.The implementation of "in-class and out-class integration" teaching mode of college table tennis is affected by realistic environmental factors;In terms of the construction and practical application of the internal and external integrated teaching mode of college table tennis lessons,the construction of basic theoretical knowledge teaching,hierarchical teaching and group competition mode breaks the inherent teaching framework and greatly improves students' motivation to exercise.In-classlearning extends to extracurricular sports activities to make up for the lack of time in class.By participating in extracurricular sports activities,students can train and learn,improve their skills and form exercise habits.Extracurricular sports clubs fully meet students' needs for skill learning and skill upgrading.It not only enriches students' extracurricular campus life,but also promotes the development of campus culture and community culture.
