With the promulgation of the latest Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022),the physical education and health curriculum in the basic education stage has entered a new stage with the development of students’ core literacy as the main orientation,which puts forward new requirements for the teaching ability of physical education teachers.In the era of intelligence,with the rapid development of information technology and its wide application in the field of education,transforming information technology into an effective means and tool for teachers’ teaching has become the future development trend of subject teaching,and the integration of information technology and curriculum has gradually evolved into a new teaching method widely recognized and adopted by the educational community.The Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)emphasizes that we should fully develop and use information technology resources,strengthen the use of modern information technology to carry out real-time and accurate evaluation,and improve the quality of curriculum teaching;At the same time,actively use modern information technology to carry out network teaching and research,improve the teaching and research ability of physical education teachers,and promote their professional development.At present,the existing research on the informatization teaching ability of rural primary school physical education teachers at home and abroad is still less,so this research has important theoretical and practical significance to carry out specific research on this topic.Based on the existing research results of teachers’ information-based teaching ability at home and abroad,this study selects the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics as the main research methods.The purpose of the study is to compare and analyze the similarities and differences of the three major IT competency standards for teachers issued by UNESCO,China and the United States,and obtain the experience and enlightenment of the definition of teachers’ IT teaching ability;Based on the knowledge framework of TPACK,and according to the theoretical analysis results,this paper has carried out the dimensional division and hierarchical analysis of the informatization teaching ability structure of rural primary school physical education teachers;By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the development of the informatization teaching ability of rural primary school physical education teachers,and explores the existing problems and possible influencing factors;Relying on the previous theoretical and empirical results and survey data analysis,the TPACK-based optimization model of rural primary school physical education teachers’ information-based teaching ability is constructed,aiming at rapidly improving the information-based teaching ability of rural primary school physical education teachers in a relatively short time.Through the establishment of a close research structure,systematic analysis of research materials,reasonable construction of the structure of teachers’ information-based teaching ability,and design of implementation strategies for the optimization model of rural primary school physical education teachers’ information-based teaching ability,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Compared with the trend of international research,Chinese research on teachers’ information teaching ability started late,and there are not many research results on the improvement of physical education teachers’ information teaching ability,especially the research on rural physical education teachers’ information teaching ability is less and less.2.The theory of teacher professional development provides an important theoretical basis for the systematic analysis of the structure of rural primary physical education teachers’ informatization teaching ability,and the theory of in-depth integration of information technology and curriculum can be used to guide the construction of the optimization model of rural primary physical education teachers’ informatization teaching ability.3.The information-based teaching ability structure of PE teachers in rural primary schools includes five dimensions: awareness and attitude,knowledge and skills,application and management,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development;At the same time,it has four characteristics: integration of knowledge and ability,domain of practice,dynamic generation and recessive within individuals.4.Rural primary school physical education teachers lack of motivation for the development of information-based teaching ability,and there are problems such as too short training time,not systematic content,not flexible way and training process divorced from the actual situation of education and teaching.Based on the existing and mature scale of teachers’ information-based teaching ability in China,the questionnaire of rural primary school physical education teachers’ information-based teaching ability is developed,which provides a feasible measuring tool for the investigation and understanding of rural primary school physical education teachers’ information-based teaching ability.5.The TPack-based optimization model of rural primary school physical education teachers’ information-based teaching ability is an important measure to improve teachers’ information-based teaching ability in a relatively short time.Based on the preliminary theoretical work preparation and analysis results of the current investigation and analysis,based on the construction principles and construction elements,the paper designs an optimization model of information-based teaching ability for rural primary school physical education teachers,which can be divided into four parts: preliminary analysis,implementation preparation,process implementation,assessment and evaluation.6.The three-layer implementation strategy of macro,meso and micro is to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization model of the informatization teaching ability of rural primary school physical education teachersThe research on the informatization teaching ability of rural primary school physical education teachers will be carried out in depth with the continuous promotion of the professional development of teachers in China.In the follow-up study,it is suggested that the TPACK theory should be further analyzed in combination with the level of physical education teachers’ information-based teaching ability and physical education teaching practice,so as to realize the combination of theory and practice;Increase cost input and further expand the scope and category of research objects to ensure more comprehensive and reliable survey data;By formulating a scientific and effective supervision and management mechanism,and selecting the appropriate time and place to carry out practical operation on the optimization mode,to verify the effectiveness of the optimization mode.
