With the advancement of education informationization process,teachers' informationization teaching ability is particularly important,which is the key to affect the process of education informationization.How to effectively improve teachers' information-based teaching ability is an urgent problem to be solved.The complexity of teachers' information-based teaching ability determines the particularity of their training methods.Researchers at home and abroad have studied the TPACK theoretical knowledge framework proposed by Mishra and Koehler,and found that this theoretical knowledge can become the knowledge content of teachers' information-based teaching ability.On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature and analyzing the current situation of Informationized Teaching Ability and training of secondary vocational teachers,this paper summarizes the meaning of TPACK,the structure of teachers' knowledge and ability of Informationized Teaching Ability and its characteristics in theory.On the basis of reality,it analyses the factors that affect the improvement of teachers' Informationized Teaching ability in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the secondary vocational teachers' Informationized Teaching Ability Based on TPACK.The general mode of improving teachers' Informationized Teaching ability.At the same time,in order to improve the model,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Based on the above ideas,this paper contains six chapters.Chapter One is the introduction.This chapter mainly discusses the reasons for selecting the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the current research situation,research ideas,research methods,and defines the relevant concepts.The reason for choosing the group of secondary vocational teachers for research stems from the characteristics of "double-qualified" secondary vocational teachers,which require more skills and have the ability of Vocational guidance.Through literature search,collecting and sorting out the current achievements of various countries in improving secondary vocational teachers' information-based teaching ability strategies and other related aspects,it is found that there is a lack of relevant research in China.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper combs and analyses the current situation and defines the relevant concepts.Chapter Two is the survey of the status quo.This chapter adopts the research method of combining the questionnaire and structured interviews to investigate the information-based teaching ability and training status of secondary vocational teachers in five cities and counties of Guizhou Province,and to analyze the level of information-based teaching ability,training methods and existing problems of the respondents,so as to provide a realistic basis for the follow-up study.Chapter Three is the model construction.This chapter summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of teachers' information-based teaching ability from the perspective of theoretical analysis,which indicates the complexity of training.In order to meet the requirements of knowledge reserve,practice process and sustained improvement of secondary vocational teachers' informatization teaching ability,and combine the existing research and the characteristics and needs of secondary vocational teachers,a TPACK-based model of secondary vocational teachers' informatization teaching ability improvement is constructed.Chapter Four is model case practice.The purpose of this chapter is to test the validity of the constructed model.Taking the teachers of a secondary vocational school as an example,the training is carried out in accordance with the constructed model.After the training,the training effect and the existing problems are analyzed.Chapter Five is the strategy of mode implementation.In order to improve the model,avoid the problems that may arise in the application of the model and the effectiveness of the model,this chapter puts forward the effective strategies of the model,including macro-strategy,meso-strategy and micro-strategy.Chapter Five is the model implementation strategy.In this chapter,in order to improve the ability promotion mode,avoid the problems that may arise in the application of the ability improvement model and the effectiveness of the support ability improvement model,the effective strategies of the capability improvement model are proposed,including macroscopic strategy,mesoscopic strategy and micro-strategy.Chapter six is the summary and outlook.This chapter is a summary of the full text of the study,and analysis of the deficiencies in the research process,but also pointed out the direction of future research and put forward ideas.
