| In order to meet the quantity and quality needs of tennis referees in all kinds of tennis competitions,and to cultivate and select referees at all levels who can be competent for tennis competitions,Hubei Tennis Association adopted online training for the first time at the end of2021.Online training is a new form of training to break the time and space restrictions and expand the quantity and quality of tennis referees,which has important practical significance and reference value for the training of tennis level referees.Based on questionnaire,interview and field investigation,the following aspects: first,explore the theoretical basis of the online training of tennis referees,summarize and summarize the characteristics of the online training,and analyze the problems of the online training;third,combine the actual training of tennis referees.(1)From the theoretical level,clarify the theoretical basis of online training of tennis-level referees: distance education theory and transformation learning theory;explore the basic situation of online training of tennis-level referees: provide innovative,efficient and convenient training services for the participants,and improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of tennis referee,so as to achieve the purpose of selecting outstanding talents.(2)From the perspective of the trainees and the training teachers,the lack of targeted training course,the lack of classroom supervision mechanism and classroom interaction atmosphere,it is difficult to arouse the resonance;the course mainly adopts live teaching,resulting in tight class schedule,large content and learning content,the stability of the theory examination system affects student performance,and the practical examination method is not conducive to talent selection,the referees have few practice opportunities after the training.(3)The study believes that the overall online training environment for tennis level referees can be improved from the following aspects,Improve the universality of online training in referee training and the sense of belonging of students: improve the classroom design of online training of tennis level referees and enrich the classroom training content;Using the network platform to increase interactive functions and enrich the forms of classroom activities,Enhance the students’ concentration and strengthen the supervision and interaction of the class;On the basis of the live-streaming course,Using recording courses and punching in learning,Enrich the training forms;Enhance the stability of the theory examination system,According to the actual situation,the reasonable use of video recording and offline assessment;Using a combination of level examinations and selective examinations,Selection and training of excellent referees. |
