In recent years,the level of China’s economic development has been increasing,and the people’s material needs have been met accordingly.The spiritual needs have long been different from those of the past.The diet structure and lifestyle have undergone tremendous changes.The problem of "sub-health" has become more serious.The data shows that the "sub-health" problem of the special group of primary school students is more prominent.Parents have given high nutrition supplements and exercise volume is too low for a long time,resulting in obesity in primary school students Serious problems such as hump,muscle weakness and body deformation.In recent years,China has vigorously issued relevant policies on aesthetic education,such as the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era,the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education,etc.,to further strengthen the educational function of school aesthetic education,while physical training is a combination of music,dance and fitness,which can not only strengthen the body,but also cultivate sentiment,It is an emerging project integrating sports and aesthetic education.According to the characteristics of the growth and development stage of the fourth grade primary school students,this paper scientifically selects and arranges the body training content suitable for this stage of practice through expert interviews,studies and analyzes the impact of body training on the changes of the body shape and body self-esteem of the fourth grade primary school students,and expects to solve the bad body shape and psychological problems in the future.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,psychometric method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics,and takes 105 students in grade four of Xiaoyanta Primary School in Xi’an as the experimental subjects.They are divided into an experimental group of 53(30 boys and 23 girls)and a control group of 52(29 boys and 23 girls).The experimental period is 16 weeks.During the experiment,the experimental group received physical training,while the control group only received routine physical activities in school.Research results:(1)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,physical training can have an effective impact on the body shape indicators of the experimental group,but has no statistical significance for height,weight,or BMI;Although there was no significant difference in the circumference of the trunk and lower limbs(waist circumference,chest circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,and calf circumference),the increase in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and long-term adherence to training would have a more profound impact;There were significant differences in subcutaneous fat content(abdominal subcutaneous fat,scapular subcutaneous fat,and upper arm subcutaneous fat).(1)The experimental group showed no significant difference in height and weight before and after the experiment,with a BMI value of p>0.05 for males and p<0.05 for females.The circumference of the body trunk and lower limbs was p>0.05,and there was no significant difference.The subcutaneous fat content was p>0.05,and there was no significant difference.(2)The control group had no significant difference in height and weight before and after the experiment,with a BMI value of p>0.05,no significant difference,body circumference of the trunk and lower limbs p>0.05,no significant difference,and subcutaneous fat content p>0.05,no significant difference.(3)After the experiment,there was no significant difference in height and weight between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05),with a BMI value of p<0.05,indicating a significant difference.The circumference of the trunk and lower limbs(p>0.05)showed no significant difference,while the subcutaneous fat content(p<0.05)showed a significant difference.(2)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,physical training can have an effective impact on the experimental group’s physical self-esteem indicators.Except for the small increase in speed and motor skills,the improvement in other dimensions is more significant.(1)The experimental group showed significant differences in all indicators before and after the experiment,except for speed and motor skills,with P<0.05.(2)The control group only showed significant differences in health,motor skills,and body value indicators before and after the experiment(P<0.05),while the other indicators showed no significant differences(P>0.05).(3)After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in appearance,speed,flexibility,endurance,coordination,physical attractiveness,physical activity,physical value,and overall self-esteem in 9dimensions(p<0.05).And the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in 11 dimensions of health,appearance,strength,speed,flexibility,endurance,coordination,physical attractiveness,physical activity,physical value,and overall self-esteem,while slightly lower in the dimension of motor skills than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Physical training is more conducive to improving the body shape of fourth grade elementary school students than regular physical education classes.(2)Physical training is more conducive to enhancing the physical self-esteem of fourth grade elementary school students than regular physical education classes.(3)Physical training not only meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform and meets the needs of regular physical education classes,but also achieves the goal of happy physical education on the basis of improving the physical form and self-esteem of primary school students.(4)Physical training can deeply integrate sports and aesthetic education,and have a profound impact on the external image and internal state of fourth grade elementary school students.
