Cheerleading is a unique sport program that can effectively train students' physical fitness and develop students' willpower and creative thinking.Because cheerleading has higher requirements for flexibility and coordination,after a long period of practice,it can effectively improve the flexibility and coordination of the practitioners.On the other hand,the development and popularization of cheerleading can enrich the school sports culture,expand the content of physical education,and improve the school physical education curriculum system.According to relevant research,long-term cheerleading exercise can have a positive impact on the practitioners,which is beneficial to the practitioners to help each other,to get along with each other and to enhance confidence.This study was divided into the control group and the experimental group by the5 th grade students of Haihua Primary School in Huangpu District,Shanghai.The teaching intervention time was one semester.In this study,the literature data method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and test method were mainly used to analyze the influence of cheerleading teaching intervention on primary school students' self-esteem and physical health.Finally,this experimental study promotes the development of cheerleading teaching in primary school physical education curriculum.The research results are as follows:(1)After 6 weeks of experiment,the dimensions of physical self-esteem of the experimental group and the control group did not show significant changes before and after the experiment P > 0.05,there was no significant difference;after 6 weeks of experiment,the dimensions of physical self-esteem of the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference;after data comparison,the 6 weeks of Cheerleading experiment had no significant effect on the physical self-esteem of primary school students.(2)After 12 weeks of experiment,there were significant differences in some dimensions of body self-esteem between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),even some of them had extremely significant differences;there were no significant differences in the dimensions of body self-esteem between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05);after 12 weeks of experiment,compared with the control group,body self-esteem was flexible,coordinated,endurance and tolerance.Overall self-esteem,physical value,strength and speed are different,but they have no positive effect on sports activities and appearance.Experiments show that 12 weeks of Cheerleading exercise can effectively promote the improvement of pupils' physical self-esteem.(3)After 12 weeks of experiment,the experimental group was compared before and after the experiment.In terms of body shape,there was no significant difference in height and weight(P > 0.05),indicating that cheerleading exercises had no effect on students' body shape;in terms of function,there was a significant difference in vital capacity(P < 0.05),indicating that cheerleading exercises can effectively promote the improvement of pupils' physical function;in terms of physical quality,cheerleading exercises can effectively improve pupils' physical function.Face: 50 meters,rope skipping and other items showed significant difference P < 0.05,indicating that cheerleading exercise has a great improvement on the physical quality of primary school students.Compared with the control group before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in vital capacity(P < 0.05),indicating that the traditional physical education teaching content had a greater role in promoting the physical function of pupils,but not in the other two aspects.(4)After 12 weeks of experiment,there was no significant change in body shape between the experimental group and the control group;there were significant differences in body function and physical quality,and the improvement space of female students was larger than that of male students.Experiments show that 12 weeks of Cheerleading exercises have a high promoting effect on pupils' physical function and physical quality.Research conclusions and recommendations:1.The 12-week cheerleading teaching intervention has a significant effect on the physical self-esteem of primary school students,which can promote the physical,mental health and social adaptability of the practitioners and the improvement of moral quality.2.It is conducive to cultivating the exercise awareness and exercise habits of the practitioners and laying a good foundation for the development of lifelong sports.3.It is conducive to promoting the diversity of physical education content,improving and enriching the physical education model and school sports culture.Suggest:1.Popularize and promote cheerleading teaching courses in primary school.In the physical education class,you can use the cheerleading teaching to teach sports skills.2.Strengthen the physical education teachers' understanding of the theoretical knowledge of cheerleading and the mastery of cheerleading skills.3.Expand the cheerleading teaching equipment and venue facilities,fully promote the publicity of cheerleading,and improve the importance of cheerleading in primary school.
