| Street style skateboard project became an Olympic competitions,has given rise to social awareness of the sport.Street skateboarding project features athletes need special in all kinds of unstable motion control their stability and balance,and then finish acrobatic moves.So,choose the appropriate means of core strength training and to explore the training methods for ascension street skateboard sports ability of athletes training effect has important practical significance.This study using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics across the street skateboarder core strength training methods for optimizing and compares its using effect of the experiment.Type selection of 24 men street skateboarder randomized,used by optimizing core strength training method,the control group with traditional general strength training means.After 12 weeks of training,on the second group of athletes special physical quality(8 bridge,over 1 minute on both ends up and close my eyes jump on one foot,vertical and longitudinal),special technology,the success rate of difficult moves,and performance test,and the test results analyzed and discussed.The experimental results show that after 12 weeks of training in 8 bridge,over 1 minute situps,close your eyes on one foot and other special physical ability in experimental group than the control group.In the vertical and longitudinal jump in the control group is superior to the experimental group.Special technology of the experimental group than the control group,at the same time,success rate of difficult moves success number 2times higher than that of the experimental group than the control group.Performance testing,the experimental group athletes scored an average of 21.867 points,in the control group scored an average of 16.850 points,the experimental group athletes scored an average of 5.02 points higher than the control group.Research conclusions are as follows:The experimental group except in jump in addition to the vertical longitudinal ascension degree are better than the control group.After optimization of core strength training method is superior to the traditional methods of strength training.The conclusion is as follows:(1)Optimized,bend your knees back bridge leg and other bridge over,Bulgaria dumbbell squat legs,shoulder posture Swiss ball one hand dumbbell elected standing balance board holding a dumbbell to imitate the hands,legs jump swing arm movements,one leg BOSU ball jump swing arm movements,holding a dumbbell imitation hands holding a dumbbell crouch balance board jumped BOSU ball core strength training methods to improve such as street skateboarder,stability and balance ability has very good training effect,can improve the athletes do difficult moves of success.(2)Under non steady state strength training and street type skateboarders highly similar to the actual motion state requirements.In similar action mode,optimizing the core strength training means to stimulate the muscles is street style skateboard athletes need to use in the actual movement of muscles.Core strength training to improve the athletes under the unstable motion state,maintain the body’s ability to coordinate and balance is street skateboarder ascension movement performance and improve the success rate of difficult moves the important cause.(3)Suggest street skateboarder core strength training means of screening must be in accordance with the project properties and movement technical requirements,only targeted at the core of strength training can obtain street skateboarder ideal training effect... |
