At this stage,except for technical training,other auxiliary training items are relatively weak,in particular,the core strength training of the core muscle group used for tennis baseline forehand and backhand is often not highly valued,and the training methods used to improve the effect of tennis baseline forehand and backhand are relatively simple,the core strength training methods and means that can effectively improve the effect of baseline forehand and backhand stroke are not rich enough,the research on how to choose the suitable training method of core strength for tennis students in physical education colleges needs to be further strengthened,innovation,systematicness and comprehensiveness need to be further studied.This article through carries on the grouping experiment to the sports college tennis specialized student,to explore the training methods,means,content and training arrangements of the core strength of tennis on the physical education college tennis students baseline forehand and backhand stroke effect.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the comparisons of 12 weeks training intervention,two groups of measured tennis special student body side for medicine balls,10 meters sprints,commonly used hand throwing tennis,standing long jump rope skipping test scores,and minute after data analysis,two groups of students’ body quality data are revealed a significant difference,to explain the core strength training and traditional strength training methods of college tennis special students’ physical quality has a positive effect.But the experimental group students’ body quality rise more prominent,explain the core strength training can effectively improve students’ comprehensive physical quality.2.The experimental experimental participants after 12 weeks of core strength training,core strength of the number of students to attend the test at present a significant difference before and after the experiment;Control group after the traditional strength training,although there are some core strength increase,but the overall increase is not significant.Group core strength test results compared with control group has more obvious improvement,targeted on system science core strength training,special students’ core strength in promoting college tennis effect is superior to the traditional strength training.3.Special students bottom line through to the two sets of tennis forehand and backhand shots velocity data,data accuracy and depth data comparison and analysis,found that the experimental group the bottom line of forehand and backhand shot speed,precision and depth lift is better than that of control group,indicating that the core strength training than traditional strength training can be more significantly improve college tennis special student’s bottom line forehand and backhand batting ability,so as to achieve better training effect.
