As a critical and turning point in life,the psychological health issues of adolescents have become an important issue of concern in today’s society.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should attach importance to mental health and mental health,and comprehensively promote the construction of a healthy China.Existing surveys show that the detection rate of depression among adolescents in China is relatively high,with a relatively large proportion being moderate to mild depression.While paying attention to the learning and life of teenagers,we should also focus on their psychological and spiritual issues.According to the analysis of current research status both domestically and internationally,some scholars mostly conduct research on mild depression in adolescents from the perspectives of psychology,clinical medicine,psychiatry,etc.,and there are few in-depth studies using social work methods to intervene in mild depression in adolescents.Based on this,this article is based on the professional methods of social work,and uses the perspective of social work to help teenagers overcome the problem of mild depression.Through contact with W case master in L community and establishment of professional partnership,under the guidance of cognitive Behaviour therapy model,Social cognitive theory and empowerment theory,case coach was provided to case master W to help him get out of depression,reconstruct his self cognitive system,correct his wrong behavior,and help him grow up healthily.Research has found that adolescents with mild depression develop incorrect self-awareness,deviant behaviors,and negative emotions.Through professional techniques such as relaxation exercises,imitation exercises,and decisive training,it can help adolescents reshape self-awareness,correct deviant behaviors,improve negative emotions,and achieve the goal of helping adolescents overcome mild depression.Through the intervention of cognitive Behaviour therapy model,adolescents’ mild depression symptoms can be improved to a certain extent.After the completion of treatment services,teenagers are able to better utilize their potential and their depression status is significantly improved.The aim of this study is to explore practical pathways for treating adolescent mental health problems.
